One of the workers here really needs to understand how to manage a crowd. It was close to closing time, and the workers had poor communication with each other because one of them was saying that they were closed, and the other one was saying that they were still taking orders. It was super confusing in an organized on their end, and that resulted in a lot of waiting in line. It made some people upset because they had to give up their line in spot because in the end they were closed. I managed to get my order in, and I ordered a Oreo blizzard dirt pie. Firstly, the menu is super confusing and I can’t really read or see anything. I didn’t even know I was ordering that, I just saw the first thing and just ordered it. But there was no image or description at all so I didn’t even know what I was ordering. When the worker pulled out some gummy worms I was like, oh my goodness I didn’t even know they were going worms in this. There’s not really a problem, but it would’ve been nice for me to know ahead of time. The ice cream itself was really good, but honestly I think it’s a little bit overpriced.
New item on menu fruity blast chocolate dip for cones. It’s a fun light purple colour and reminds me of the taste of yellow fruit loops cereal. It looks better than it tastes but kids had fun trying it out. Probably just stick to basic chocolate dip cone next time
I was standing in line waiting on my break to get ice cream from this place. Two girls butted me in line to get a water bottle, after I told both the girl and the worker that I was clearly next in line they BOTH ignored me and continued the transaction, the cashier even knew I was next because he called me FIRST. He knew I was next and normally I would be nice and let the person go ahead of me but on my short break don’t have that much time. I work in the mall so I know how hard it is to serve costumers but common decency isn’t that hard.

Whoever is in charge of this department needs to step up and treat their employees and customers with respect. I went there the other time, and the lady was telling everyone what to do. I paid for my ice cream blizzard and requested more Oreos at the front. It's a typical request that I always get. I also noticed that there were a few more Oreos than I had anticipated. I wanted for more. The lady who assisted me was preoccupied with another customer. I also spoke with the manager or whoever the lady behind the counter was. I wave at her, and she says, "WHAT?". Rather than coming up to assist me or make suggestions, she sat and talked with me from there. As an example, in the kitchen. I say, “There appears to be some confusion. I asked for more Oreos”. She said out loud, "SHE PUT EXTRA OREOS ALREADY." I didn't know what to say. "Okay, I'm sorry for the inconvenience," I said. The lady gives me the ugliest eye roll as I'm ready to walk away.

Honestly whoever is running this place needs to step up. How are they going to expect their employees to be miracle workers despite the terrible conditions placed on them?? Please don't go here :)
