Ordered a huge construction theme for my sons party a bit last minute, and they did SUCHHH A GREAT JOB :) Made it very unique by reversing the layers. Great job!!
Unfortunately dairy Queen does not offer delivery for any of their hamburger or chicken products on the menu. You're only able to get those in the actual store.The hot dogs are nothing to write home about. Places like five guys hot dogs are significantly better and for around the same price.The one redeeming factor we found was the potato skins are actually delicious. They were cooked to a crisp and fried well with the cheese on top. Be sure to get the potato skins when you order from here.
They were out of chocolate icecream. Fine got a small vanilla. Holy was it the smallest vanilla cone I ever received, can’t believe I paid $5 for it. Not coming here again
My sons and husband have birthday in summer, so ice an cream cake is the way to go :) I used to come here a couple of times a year, always satisfied, until yesterday. I picked the choco brownie cake and asked to write "Congratulations". The girl asked me if it can be short "Congrats" and I agreed. Surprisingly that is what I got...I was confused and too busy, but I should have demanded a new cake. Watch out for spelling on your cake!
I ordered a strawberry banana smoothie, 15 mins later I received a "smoothie" with Cero ice just liquid. When I told the girl she said that's how smoothies are made. Then she turned around went into the kitchen and left me standing there.Really bad service

I haven't personally seen this store close early like many of the other reviewers but then again I have only been looking to get ice cream. I have noticed that it has been well before closing and the staff are well into cleaning the kitchen area. Kudos for keeping the place clean but if you're going to claim you have regular opening hours you need to be offering your whole menu during all of those hours.
Used a coupon for a 2 can Dine (double cheeseburger) and ordered a side of 6 chicken strips. Got home only to find these weird chicken bite things, and when I called to ask about having them replaced, I was told "we gave you food, you shouldn't be upset"The worst customer service ever
Dairy Queen has long been one of my favourite fast food restaurants mainly because the food quality and large portions. I found a DQ open last night and was excited to enjoy their great food as an evening snack. When I got to this location that same excitement turned to disappointment when I was told their kitchen was closed, this was surprising because it was only 7:45 at night, which seemed early for a fast food restaurant to close. I ask the young man behind the cash what time their kitchen closed and he informed me 8PM. Surprised- I mentioned that it was quarter to 8 and he said "I guess we closed early" in a very careless manor. I'm not familiar with a business that dictates their hours and shows no regard for customers when they decide to begin closing duties early, but it left me unimpressed to say the very least.
I wish I had read Zach Pearson's review before making the mistake of visiting this DQ two days in a row. On the Friday I was told in person that the grill was shutdown at 8:30pm, even though the location is open until 9pm. Annoying, but ok. I decided to drive by the next day, on Saturday, *before* 8:30pm. Only to discover that the grill was *still* being cleaned. I will *never* visit this location again, and I advise anyone reading this not to either!
