The worst Dairy Queen icecream. It’s not creamy, gets soft real fast(watery) Asked for a buster parfait and absolutely NO HOT FUDGE. As soon as I received it I told the manager there isn’t much hot fudge, she then just put like a line of the hot fudge . It wasn’t even smooth and or hot. I tried 2 spoons to then bring it back and said there is absolutely NO HOT FUDGE HERE AT ALL. Just like a string of it. She went as far to say I ate it all ?♀️. I sent a complaint to head office and I hope they get some training with product and most of allCustomer service. I left the parfait at the counter and returned it. There was no like “ Sorry Mam here I will make aNew one or I can give you back your money.
Extremely appalling service! Very rude and disrespectful staff. Lady called Rupinder not sure whether she was manager as she did not had a name tag so I asked her name and she shrugged her shoulders while talking to me which I found bizarre.I ordered a strawberry cheesecake blizzard which turned out to be absolutely plain so I went and asked kindly if she can mix it or grab me one that tastes more like strawberry cheesecake! She clearly without looking said no and this is how it is as its strawberry cheesecake. I told her that I order it regularly and I know how it tastes like.Rupinder was just pathetic because afterwards she said something in Punjabi to her colleague which I found disrespectful.Your staff needs to be trained mainly when it comes to communication skills and how to patiently deal with customers and LISTEN TO THE CUSTOMERS.I WOULDN'T EVEN GIVE THIS DAIRY QUEEN 1 STAR.
I went today to get two blizzards and large onion rings and was shocked to find the box more than half empty. When i asked the staff and showed what they've given me is a box half empty they said that's how their large is.Highly disappointed and feel this is a new qay of cheating customers.
The interior is nice. There seems to always be less workers, and the wait time for meals takes 10+ minute, even just for a burger. I recently ordered a strawberry sundae and as the lady at the front is bringing it to me, she accidentally drops it in the counter sideways. As I take the top cup off, the strawberry sauce leaks all over my shirt. This isn’t the first time, either. Same thing happened about a year ago, but it was even worse. It got all over my pants and clothes.
I've visited this location multiple times and almost always had an issue with the attitude of the employees. The most recent time I went, no one was at the counter so I called them to get their attention. I could clearly hear them in the back talking but no one responded or even acknowledged that I was there. I got so fed up I eventually left without even making my purchase. Very disappointing.

Kindly came in around 8pm on a weekend and asked if they could make a sundae with vanilla and chocolate ice cream with fudge, and the worker just immediately said no. She did not say anything else, no sorry or I don’t think I can do this. Said no and sent me on my way even though there were no other customers beside myself. I’ve been to other locations with better, kinder service and nicer workers. Staff here are rude.
Those people are very cheap damnn.. i asked for mushrooms in my burger then she told me it was going to be an extra charge, i said yea sure i’ll pay the difference i dont mind. How could you not.. a meal that cost me 15$ Dollars.. was absolutely disappointing. I was chocked when i saw the size of the burger it was really small. It barley even had any mushrooms which i paid an extra1.50$ for. Got up and i said her to take a look to see that there is barely any mushrooms she said this is how much mushrooms we put we consider that a great amount. And on top of all of that i waited long to get my food. Cheap mind set, cheap people and garbage costumer service. Yelling in panjabi in the background.
It was my first time at a Dairy Queen. I got Quick and courteous service, good food, great value for money. The fudge sundae was a miss for me because the chocolate used just solidified when the ice cream hit it instead of turning gooey which would make it much nicer. However, the rest of the food, the burgers and chicken strips were nice and tastier than expected.
The subway in the same plaza must have the same owner. This franchisee has gone over every aspect of the store and figured out how they could save a couple pennies. This includes long waits, melted blizzards etc. They should get their license revoked.
