Horrible horrible service and staff. No one greeted us for legit 5 minutes when arrived. We were 1st customers that day, but washrooms were insanely messy and dirty and no toilet paper. They sent the wrong dish and blamed us for it. They were arguing and trying to have a fight with us. Bad experience ever. Will never ever come back. They also charge mandatory tips which is not legal!
They charge15% tip on the bill without my consent, they have no right to charge an automatic 15% gratuity. So please check your bill before paying!!!I told them it’s illegal, if I think the service is good I will pay for tips, but it’s not mandatory! They said alright, only 2 dollars, we don’t need it! excuse me?? Who cares 2 dollars?? They wanna me pay for this service attitude? I’d rather give it to homeless, at least they will say have a nice day!NEVER COME BACK AGAIN!
Service is insanely bad. The bill also has MANDATORY tips included (12%) - like what?! I don’t even think it’s legal to include tips in the bill without letting the customer to choose whether they are going to tip or not / tip percentage.They messed up with our orders and legit did not give us utensils until we asked for multiple times. We weren’t gonna tip and they have the audacity to charge a mandatory tip.I read other comments/posts and this apparently happens to everyone.This restaurant is a scam. Do not go there!
Price reasonable. Noodles taste good. Not thirsty after their meals, so I do believe no msg. Will visit again.
First time been there. Soup is ok. There is no ingredient, very very little. Feels like it's other people's left over soup. They missed one of our oder then in the end they charge 12% mandatory service fee. Where is the service??? We won't go back again!
I use to come last 2 years, Quality n service drop so much from my first experience, Its not worth it for 13.99$ barely see a meat only noodles in there today. Im not stepping in here again.

Been here twice now. Food is pretty good (Braised Beef side dish was better than expected). The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the staff are always in the kitchen. Both times I've visited, the staff are never in the front. I've witnessed countless Take Out Customers or even new walk in customers standing in the front for longer than 7mins (it wasn't even late closing time either). Hope to see an improvement on this.
Great noodles and desserts, friendly and caring staff.
Rice noodle is very good and not so expensive and tasty. However brown sugar sticky rice is very expensive. 4 small pieces $6.00 not worth it
