What happend to this place? I have been coming here for years and the portion sizes are getting smaller and the prices are higher.This place is so cheap with the chicken, that if they drop 1 extra piece in your bowl, they will pick it back up and keep it for the next customer.Stop being so cheap. Your food used to be worth it, but now it's not when your prices are so high and I finish your food and I'm still hungry.

Really disappointing experience. I was at Square One and happened to get jimmy the greek. I walk over to the other side of the foodcourt because the other one was full. I check in with my vaccine to be able to sit down and realized I must have dropped my fork. I then go to Cultures because they looked like nice people right? I wait in line and politely ask for a fork. They rudely say "We only give forks to out customers." No manners. Nothing. I am willing to pay 5 cents for a fork I truly don't care I just wanted to eat. Will not be purchasing from their store. Customer service needs improvement. All i wanted was a plastic fork.

I like the menu and their food is always good albeit being a little pricey. However, the low star rating is because the 2 ladies there tonight said they don’t give any napkin/tissue, not because they ran out they just don’t provide them apparently. I never had this issue before so I’ll definitely be eating less here.

Cultures was wonderful as always. The staff was cheerful and helpful. The food was fresh and delicious. Always my favorite spot to eat in the food court.
