Fabulous food flavour and presentation, drinks, service and attention Even the room temperature was adjusted to make it most comfortable!
The reason I write this poor review was that the service was not very good. We take customers to your restaurant quite often but this time the service was lacking. As a woman I take huge offence when I am not treated equally. The reservation was in my name, and I had brought my customers to the restaurant. I ordered the wine and the waiter brings the wine to the table and does not even show me the bottle - he shows to one of my customers who had not ordered it! He then opens the wine and asks the gentleman to taste - I was absolutely horrified! This is supposed to be a training culinary institute if this is what they are training....... I paid the bill, I should have tipped terribly but I gave 15% when I would normally have done 20%. It will be a long time before I recommend this restaurant or return
I had my wedding reception at the Culinaria, I must say it was a great experience. Michelle the coordinator was awesome, she helped and guided me every step of the way.On the day of the wedding, everything was set up within a timely manner, food was delicious and staff was friendly and courteous. Drinks were well made, and a lovely experience overall.I would choose them again if I was to plan another event in the future

Awesome service. Friendly and courteous staff. The Chef is awesome. The food was fantastic, the steak cooked to perfection and juicy. The ambiance is semi rustic with a touch of modern style which makes the place look and feel warm and comfy. Spacious place to have a private event.
Our family of 5 enjoyed an amazing evening at this restaurant Food, Drinks and Service were top notch. The staff were knowledgeable, friendly and a pleasure to speak with. The Chef made a point to come out and ask how everything was.
service was exceptional. Food was amazing. Only downfall was there was a wedding party that took up the "nicer' part of the restaurant, so we were seated in a separate room. Ambiance was not as romantic as I was hoping for.
I took my daughter for her sixteenth birthday dinner and she was completely overwhelmed and delighted. Exceptional service from genuinely kind staff, an amuse bouche and a raspberry rose sorbet in between courses of crispy flatbread, delicate pasta with rich sauce, and cooked to perfect seafood topped risotto. Not to mention, a creamy sweet yet tangy rhubarb cheese cake tartlet with a candle for her at the end. Absolute perfection. We cannot wait to go here again!
We had an amazing dining experience at Culinaria, the food and service were on point. We are looking forward to having them host our event in June as well. A hidden gem of fine dining in Mississauga.
I can only speak for their culinary classes, and not the food in their restaurant..With that said, the culinary classes are amazing! Chef Andrew and Chef Taylor are incredibly knowledgeable. They are very friendly and easy to talk to. Will answer all your questions and help guide you along the way to becoming a better cook. I very much enjoyed my 8 week boot camp.
