I have no idea if it’s the timing of when we go and maybe it’s not that busy when we’re there. But wow, I order my drink, pay at cash and less than a few minutes later…my drink is ready. They’re juggling delivery and pick up orders too, so I’m always amazed by how fast they prepare the drinks.Consistency always, so good.
I got three drinks from here yesterday and it was my family’s first time trying bubble tea and they kept telling me about how GOOD the drinks were! Everything was made perfectly and the brown sugar tapiocas were my favorite. The staff was also very friendly and they were working very fast even though it was very busy.
Drinks are ok, but the service killing me.I always been a regular customer.Every time go to do placed a in store order, cashier always seems so impatient, OK I will just order from delivery app then.Tonight Order From Uber , there is a drink call bubble gaga has 2 topping inside, I wrote a request like "can you only put one of the topping?I don't like pearls. ". And they just reject my order!I didn't ask for anything extra, I asked for less in my drinks, don't know why they reject my order, I guess they don't care I just been one of the hundreds customers. Fine, there are bubble tea shops all over this area, I don't have to always gos to you guys too, I think it's fair,BUT congratulations you lost a loyal customer.Will not go back again.Sincerely
Horrible service. All the other coco locations ive been to were a lot friendlier and better. Coco as a brand is good, just not this particular location.
Rudest staff. I called to inquire about the main cross streets where Coco is located to make a purchase. The phone was answered by somebody who could not understand the question, and I was disconnected. When calling back, the phone was answered and placed on the counter without anyones response. Clearly not wanting my business!
Always reliable, a pretty good place for well priced bubble tea with a big selection. Their Boba is good and their tea of the month is always different. The staff is very fast.
Good price, friendly staff. The Pearl milk tea taste sweeter than Chat Time. Will come back.
I love coming here. The staff are friendly and the drinks are great!It makes me feel nostalgic as I used to drink CoCo milk/bubble tea when I was living in China, and it always reminds me of that when I come by. :)
I'm a regular and visit Coco DAILY, the staff alll know me. Admittedly, I messed my order up and ordered "extra sugar" as opposed to "no sugar" on my original black tea. I returned and asked if they could make an exchange, considering that it costs them next to nothing to make. Instead there was absoultely no effort to be accomodating. I will never be returning, Coco consider this as lesson. You lost a customer and gained a 1 star review...to save a couple bucks. Dont treat your customers this way, let alone your regulars
If I can give 0 star I will give it to them. They don’t know how to listen to what customer is asking how they want the drink will be. The WOMAN WITH THE GLASSES IS RUDE I JUST FORGOT TO CHECK THE NAME. ANNOYING .
