First time at this location. The drink was made as ordered and tasted but disappointed at the amount of coconut jelly purchased as an add-on. All the other locations would have given at least double the amount.Edit: the pic is zoomed in for some reason but you get the idea… can’t even see the jelly.
Found several hair strands in my drink.I called this Coco branch to let them know, and an employee said a supervisor would call me shortly. An hour passed and still no call. They were closing soon so I called back. Spoke to the supervisor (Caesar), and asked why no one had called me back to resolve the issue. He said he wasn’t able to call because they were busy, and said I can just send them an email about the issue, and wait to hear back. I asked for a refund, and didn’t want to get any drink from this location again. He told me I would need to speak to a manager, and that they’d call me back. No apologies or anything, and I feel like they didn’t really care. If I were the supervisor or manager, I would treat this with a sense of urgency. I’m not really one to complain or make a big fuss, but just feel like this was poorly handled. It’s now past 9 pm, store’s closed, no call from the manager. If I could give this location no stars at all, I would. Will be sending an email to Peel Public Health about this incident instead. I would steer clear of this location.
I ordered smoothie, found too much ice , very little syrup , left more than 1/2 of my cup with chunks of ice.By keep doing this, you are forcing your customers to go somewhere else.
Nice and quiet location! But hard to find parking for those driving here. It's really hard to get in and out, because the shop is at the base of a condo and a major intersection. Great service and quality beverages. Up to par with other chain locations. If you're walking distance to this location, you are LUCKY!
Drinks were very good. But the main problem is that there is no parking available. Either stop on main erin mills, or go inside the condo entrances bit no parking, need to switch on hazard lights and park on the road.
I’m not super happy with the location, although it’s a nice store to have so that we don’t have to drive all the way to Golden Square Centre for Coco
A terrible experience. I wanted a banana smoothie, but it basically tasted like ice water. It didn't help that there were massive ice chunks left as well as bits of other chunks within the smoothie even though we asked for no toppings.

Good Bubble Tea, less busy than other areas. Poor accessibility. Theres no guest parking on ground level, and limited parking (15min free) underground.
