Bubble gaga was passionfruit tea with coconut jelly & pearls. It was decent.
I literally go here everyday and i love the drinks in here. My go to order is pearl roasted milk tea which taste a bit lighter than the regular milk tea and it’s so good. When the store gets busy then you have to wait for a bit longer but when the store is not busy then it will be served quick in 5 mins (according to my personal experience). The staffs are also nice!
Generally more often than not, the drinks we get are made well.We purchase 1-2 times 1 to 1.5 weeks.However we typically purchase between 8-9:30 pm and very frequently we arrive and they don’t have enough of the pearls or brown sugar pearls in stock during the last couple hours of operation before close. It appears once they run out they don’t make more.Not sure why they choose to operate this way, but it is super frustrating when that’s a main add on.This has happened to us several times in the last few weeks. You would expect that summer there is increased sales and volume so you would plan to prepare additional stock.(To add, there are still many walk ins and online orders at this time of evening)
Able to order ahead with the app and it's always ready when I arrive. Even when they're busy, I can pick up my order quickly
I got the passion fruit and mango slush. I really like that I can have it made less sweet. Very tasty and fresh drink.
They have a window opening to Btrust so you can order your bubble tea from the supermarket
Update Feb 6 2022:Excellent service again. Flexible and redid my drink even though i made a mistake ordering. Appreciated it!They work hard here, lots of orders. I ordered 3 drinks : roasted tea, strawberry latte and mango yakult. All great. Recommended
We ordered there many times but today was the worst expereience we have ever had. We ordered for pick up, got there 30 mins after. The order except was excepted about 5-10 mins after we have ordered. We got there, they were pretty busy which was understandable. We saw an order packed on the table which looks exactly what we've ordered. Asked one of the girls if that's our order, she checked and said no. We asked 5 mins later, she checked again and said nope. She also check with another girl there and then asked if we got the pickup sms we said nope. It turns out the second girl who's responsible forgot to sent the sms and the order on the table was in fact ours. So we waited an extra 10+ mins for our order that's already sitting there. No apologies from the girls. Suprisingly a very bad experience, since that location is usually pretty good. Never again after this at that location, we might still order from Coco but never ever from this location again. If anyone have similar experience please post here so everyone will know how bad they can be and avoid it at all cost or just order drinks from other places!
This is our go-to for bbt. The brown sugar pearl tea is great. Fast service. Parking can be busy in peak grocery shopping times though.
Terrible service. I ordered my order through the Coco app. I receive a text message saying my order is ready. So when I go to the store 2 mins later and showed them my order. The employee said "oh sorry we mixed it up, it is not ready yet".But they don't bother to make it right away, instead they still make it for other people that aren't there yet to pick it up rather than fixing their mistake. So they make me wait another 10 mins in store while they make other people's orders.Lastly, when it was 10 mins later, I got annoyed and asked "so it is ready yet?" And the guy said "oh sorry here it is". Even though I was the only person waiting in the store and he knew that but yet he didn't bother to call me to tell me when my order is ready.So terrible on so many levels. #1 mixing up my order. #2 not making it right away to fix the mistake from #1. #3 they know I'm waiting in store (not outside) but don't call me to tell me when it was ready.I know mistakes can happen, that's why you fix them but instead these people don't bother to fix their mistakes and instead make multiple levels of mistakes of terrible service. Never coming back again
