I ordered around 10pm for the brown sugar pearl milk tea with pudding, got charged for the pudding, then came home and drank it. They put my cold drink in the hot drink cup which I didn't mind. But that meant I couldn't see if I got all my toppings. There wasn't any pudding. I don't live in this area anymore so it doesn't make sense for me to come back or to call and inform. Making sure to check next time before leaving.
Since when did I start going Cuckoo for CoCo Fresh Tea & Juice! If you ask me about one drink that they excel at, I really don't think there is one. But they do have a decent variety of different milk tea & drink, as one of the largest global boba chains. There's something to be said for consistency, fast service and good deals.You've got the usual milk teas like 2 Ladies (w/ puddings + pearls) or 3 Guys (w/ grass jelly too). Their Brown Sugar Pearl drink w/ macchiato cream on top may not look stunning yet is a mouth amuser. And the Bubble GaGa is a bold passion fruit juice topped with coconut jelly & tapioca. The boba here doesn't taste like all colours of the rainbow but are a good chew.Some adventurous drinks can be a bit hit & miss like the dragonfruit yogurt or the banana chocolate slush (monthly specials). But CoCo's so convenient to try, and lets you customize ice & sugar levels w/o hassle. Of the boba ordering apps, CoCo seems to have the best iPhone app which can be used to order with Apple Pay. Then get a text when drinks are ready, usually within 5 mins at this location!This plaza by Vaughan Mills is like a Game of Thrones for boba shops. The current league also includes ChaTime, OneZo, TP Tea, Gong Cha, M Chá Bar, The Alley; not to mention Real Fruit Bubble Tea in the mall. It drives me nuts to wait in line for a simple drink, so CoCo's speed tops them all for me. Perhaps a boba a week keeps the plague away!
Called in for an order was told we can’t take your order coz we are busy so walk in, don’t know what difference that would make. Guess will take our business elsewhere

It's a very nice place, and has good bubble tea. I recommend for anyone to try it.
Seems to be a popular location, even in this plaza filled with bubble tea places. There's usually a few people in line at peak times and they might run out of toppings if you go too close to closing.
GOOD AND FAST SERVICE. I DO LIKE THEIR MANGO SAGO GREENTEA. IT IS SO GOOD WITH REASONABLE PRICE.
Nice place!! Had Taro milk tea with tapioca
