It’s a zero star for me, had a terrible experienced yesterday, the girl is very rude and have an attitude, quite scream at us. Forgot to asked her name but she’s wearing a specs, working with one boy. I could definitely remember her if she is the one again in the shop. COCO is a good shop for bubble tea but sometimes they got bad reviews due to their rude staff.
My wife came here for bubble tea a lot and last Friday she went to the store with a coupon from the supermarket to claim for her free bubble tea offered by the Chinese grocery store. When she gave the cashier the coupons and asked if she can get the milk tea with little sugar, the staff said no, it’s a coupon so you don’t get to choose the level of sugar in your tea, then my wife asked what’s her order number, the staff said you have no order number, my wife questioned how could she know her order is ready and the staff told her “maybe you can just wait here for 10 mins” without caring so much about her because she is not a paid customer. She patiently waited there, after the person who was in line in front of her picked up his order, she assumed that the next one would be hers. However, next one they called is the person who was lined up right after my wife, so he picked up his order before my wife’s. She went up closer to the order window and see if her cup with the pudding was waiting there to be made and nothing, her order is not there in the line. I think they will only make her order once they finished making all other customers order, they don’t care about us because it’s free and they do not want to honor it. We went up and asked and they told us oh there is no tea, it’s at the back making! While all the customers behind us got their orders. If you want to do a promotion and build your reputation, do not do it if you are not willingly. It runs your store reputation and make up lose long time customers.
Nice location, it’s inside the Chinese grocery store, the store is very big and diversed. Went there on a Friday night, the bubble tea area had a pretty long line up but the cashier was patient. Our drinks took a little bit time, but totally acceptable. Overall fast and efficient. Would definitely recommend this place. Btw the grapefruit yogurt is really good :)

First time ordering bubble tea through Uber Eats and I didn't know the tapioca pearls already came with the drink. I ordered a little too much and ended up having 3/4 of my drink tapioca. Lesson learned.
This is my favourite Coco place. The people working here are always so nice and patient with my order. I come here everytime I go to Foody for grocery :D
This location is super fast in making walk-in or Ubereats orders!I always love their coconut jelly with the promotional drinks they have. Kudos to this location's coco team!
The only coco location where it took over 45mins to get one drink. This happened on 3 occasions. Turns out they just forgot to press complete order. If you use their app to order, this location will make you wait by not sending you the ready for pick up notification. Only recommend ordering in person for this location.
I just bought a drink called Bubble Gaga 50% sugar less ice. It’s my first time try Coco. Honestly, this drink is awesome! I really like the toppings they add into this drink. And I realized that their stuffs are very patient with their customers, they answer each question carefully. I have to say that it’s a good experience for me. I will come again！
I’m really glad that peach drinks are back. I used to order them a while ago, and I just love them. Definitely recommend! Nice baristas here also.
