We placed the order based on the menu in the shop, at the time of paying, bill came out to be significantly more, on asking we were told prices have increased, there was no indication of price increase not even a post it saying there have been a price change. When we pointed this out there was no apology and we weren't even offered the beverage at the price on the menu۔ we asked for a refund and left. We have never experienced such a horrible service anywhere in Canada۔
I've visited this location several times and the drinks are always delicious and so fresh. Brown sugar pearl milk tea and the strawberry slush with coconut jelly are must-haves! The staff is friendly and do a great job keeping the space clean. Keep it up :)
Extremely bad experience at this placeFirstly, I was standing at counter to place my order. The lady at the counter kept on staring at me while she was putting other orders and drinks in plastic bags. I kept on waiting for at least 10 minutes while she looked that I was waiting and continued completing other orders. Not once did she mentioned that she will be there to take my order.Secondly, my drink was horribly prepared. There were items missing from the drink or there were not enough. I realised that when I was few miles away.I called this place and they mentioned that they will replace my order if I come by.I drove all the way to get my order replaced and then they started arguing that there is nothing wrong with the drink. They were extremely rude and literally started fighting with me saying that this is how drinks are prepared and there is no possibility that they will make any sort of error. AFTER MAKING ME DRIVE ALL THE WAY !!!I politely told them it could have been human error. Finally, they made another drink and rudely tossed without even covering it.
Really good pearl milk tea, I like it with no ice and 50% sugar. Service is usually very quick too. A few months ago I tried the QQ milk tea with fresh taro and wasn't too impressed though. The taro still had some big hard chunks in it. I don't think they sell QQ anymore though.If you download the app you can buy 10 drinks and get one free.Coco's is a bit cheaper than most places and they are very consistent across all locations, so give it a try. They have something for everyone.
I am a regular at this location. The service is great, people who work here us always very energetic and welcoming. Drinks are always good, never disappoints me. Great spot!
it is worst coco place. Getting a worst customer service. The staff order an additional cup that I didn’t order. but she made it already. I wasing asking for a refund they don’t do that. I mean the staff made an mistake why should I pay for that. Didn’t make sense at all. And she also take the additional cup. This is ridiculous.
Coco has some decent bubble tea. Not my favourite but there isn't anything to complain about. This location seemed nice and the staff were friendly.I'm still on the search for the best bubble tea spot!!
Oh my god!!!!! i tried their pearl tea and I swear its the best one till now. I just love it so much!!!!!!! Definitely trying to everytime I see a coco??

CoCo's is generally really good but this location is a disappointment. I came in today with a friend and lined up to make an order and the staff informed us that it will be a half an hour wait because of the backlog of online and delivery app orders they couldn't keep up with. If this was the case, they should have stopped accepting online orders for a while so customers that are waiting in line inside their store can be served and not get pushed aside for half an hour. I'm a food delivery driver as well and I've had a merchant I was delivering for in the past tell me that after the order I was picking up to deliver, they were no longer accepting orders because they were short staffed and that the customers in line had to be served. This location didn't have any sort of crowd control either. Sign says a maximum of 6 people inside at any given time and there was way more than that in the store.
