The only Coco in the Ottawa downtown area. Most of the others are in Chinatown so to have one here is convenient. Ordering through the app works here and it's efficient. Quite a large seating area for a bubble tea place. Can select sugar levels for certain drinks.
Service is quick and streamlined. Easy to customize orders. high quality products with great variety. I recommend the taro milk tea.

Get bubble tea from here all the time both in-person and via Uber Eats and it is always awesome. The tapioca is fresh and chewy regardless of what time of day you order and they are generous with their toppings. The Bubble GaGa and the Grapefruit green tea are my go-to orders
The fresh taro drinks are ‘seasonal’ (what the staff tells me) in Toronto but they had it here !! So my partner and I both got it, this location didn’t have the qq (taro + yam tapioca) topping though.The staff was friendly and the space is really nice and spacious !If you’re a taro fan, get the fresh taro drink here !
Ordered a mango slush and a taro slush with pearls from Uber Eats, and an employee threw in a free brown sugar milk tea. Amazing boba. <3
Good quality of bubble tea, something you would expect from a chain restaurant.Employees are stuck up and not caring at all towards customer problems. With the location that this is at, you think they would be able to handle and compose themselves better as a way of not insulting the brand
A solid bbt spot with great staff and quick service! I frequent here and my only complaint is that from time to time they run out of sago.
