The staff taking too long just to make just one drink, they're always busy and staff is taking too long so don't recommend if you are in the hurry just drive to any other location is better than it. They also doesn't do response to confirm the order that fast. Take like 10 minutes for them to confirm the app order and 25 other minutes to make my drink. Will not coming back
They have the best bubble tea ever, however they need to maintain quality and have tapioca at all times, I have been to this place many times, and am frequently told that they do not have tapioca.
I waited over 10 minutes in front of the counter, missed my bus, to order a drink. I was the only customer there the whole time and they all ignored me and did the online orders first. Moral of the story: order online for pick up because they will surely prioritize that first.

One of the best boba in the city, by far my favourite place. I have not tried every single boba shop yet, but right now, it's up there. I prefer the classic or the 3 Lady's/Guys ( boba, custard,grass jelly)
After waiting in line for 25 minutes, I tried to place my order and was told that they'd run out of tapioca.Please, if you run out of an essential ingredient, let the people in line know so they don't waste their time waiting for nothing.There were 10+ people in line behind me who also had no idea that they weren't getting tapioca that night.
The best bubble tea spot, I drive half an hour just a bubble tea at this spot. This is the only cocos who makes my drink. I ask other ones and they don’t do it. Lots of parking! There is a washroom. Quick and friendly service! What else can I ask for! Points system and it’s near square one! Best bubble tea!!! Ever!!!

I ordered my all time favourite Brown Sugar Pearl Latte but wasn’t satisfied with the preparation. The tea was really watery and did not have enough milk in it. Also, it wasn’t cold enough. The overall taste wasn’t bad.
