Always love going to chucks! The girls are always friendly and it’s a nice environment to be in. My server at the time was Jordan and she was great! Always checking in on us, brought things quickly and updated us on our food. Extremely friendly! However a friend and I wanted to try the spinach and artichoke dip and it was quite a small/shallow dish to split between two people. Overall, it was great service and we will be returning!
The food was good as usual, just the service was terrible. We went in with 5 adult with 2 kids. The service told us there will be automatic gratuity, that's fine it's not like I am not going give gratuity anyways. However, we didn't get the service I expect or I believe I deserved. We have 7 people in total, but we only got 4 glasses of water. After we ordered, it took her more than 15 minutes to show up again.... Our food was ready ? and on our table, but we didn't get any plates or forks etc... When I ask her for plates she said she about to do that, sure. We waited another 10 minutes, we saw her served 2 other tables, went to the bar and got drinks for them and all that wonderful service to them, but we didn't got our plates yet. I have to wave like a clown to get her attention and ask her for the plates..... Guess what, she gave us 7 plates but only 6 forks.... She basically never served us again... We have to ask another server for the kid's refill for their pop ( thank you to that server). When we ask for the bill she reminded us of the automatic gratuity... I was thinking she did not deserve any, but the automatic gratuity was 25%!!! Now I started to wonder is it because of that she knew she will get 25% from me anyways, so she did not have to serve us? She was not THAT busy..... Don't get me wrong the food was good and the price was great as usual, but I don't get a good experience at this location...
Food was okay everything was either cooked okay to the more fryer side. Even the flavour was just meh. Overall experience was just meh. This is including the service.Had the half price-mozzarella sticks-Steaks bites-1lb honey garlic wingsThen the entreeFull rack of Ribs with fries
I loved it. Food was great. Good value for money. Would be fantastic if it is a bit warmer. Still no complain. Service was great too.

Fantastic server, naive managerLast Saturday, April 10, I went with my spouse and daughter to celebrate my partner's b-day. She wanted to visit Chuck's after a great experience for the 1st time at the St. Catherines location around a month ago.Our server was so courteous and friendly that our expectations were raised for the afternoon. We wanted to have a nice steak, we ordered medium term, but unfortunately, it wasn't served like that.*Tip for the shift manager: Please don't school your customers on how a steak is cooked. Thankfully, I've travelled in the past and tried all kinds of steak restaurants. I perfectly know what to expect from a medium, medium well or fully cooked (ruined) one, also depending on the steak.Our server apologized and returned both the steak to the kitchen, and 5 minutes later, the manager, without introducing himself, tried to explain that the steak was cooked as we wished. I didn't want to argue or be bitchin' out, so I accept my rainbow steak (From fully cooked to medium-rare), depending on where you cut it.He tried to school us, so I'm going to help anyone who wishes to order a steak here, show it to the cooks and himself so this won't happen to you.

Has great quality food at a more than reasonable price. I got the lobster and steak and it was excellent. Anywhere else I would pay 3x the price but this place was good. Although the reason that I put 4 stars was due to the fact that I did have to get the servers attention a couple times because there are not very many of them or maybe that could have just been the day I went there. Even still that is minor nit picking this place. I'd go again and I would recommend.
This place is more than a sports bar. The quality of the steak is better than most steakhouses. The appetizers are absolutely great. The price blew my mind by the value I got. This place is a winner and I'll be back. If your a foodie I hope you get the same chef, quality of food, and gr8 service. This place is literally half the price of gr8 steakhouses and I had one of the best steaks in my life last night. Thank you to all those working at Chucks last night. I haven't had such a good experience in a long time. Keep up this amazing work. The chef cooking from approx 8pm until 10 should be given a huge raise. Bravo ?. I will be back again and again to this place.
