Had lunch here on a Saturday afternoon and was pleasantly surprised . I found the restaurant to be very clean and comfortable .The menu was great just enough choices to satisfy anyone .Caesar salad was great ! Burger and fish tacos were also delicious .. prices were beyond reasonable . The service was also very good . I will definitely return without hesitation .
We have gone to this location many times. This will be our last. Ordered chicken Parm sandwiches. After a wait of almost an hour they brought to our table. My sandwich was warm with the cheese barely melted. I was ok with it. My husbands was cold. He had added mushrooms and jalapenos on his. The mushrooms were raw they were suppose to be saute the jalapenos were ice cold. We asked for my husbands sandwich to be re-made. That took an additional 15 minutes. They cooked the mushrooms and jalapenos and put them on a microwaved sandwich and served that. It was not edible. We also said no fries we had ordered a salad and sweet potato fries instead. They gave us fries that were wasted. We did get the salad and s.p. fries in between getting the first sandwich and the second. No offer of discount for their error. Everytime we have been here we always seen a manager who would check that all was good. Not this time. It wasn't even that busy. We like to support local but we will not be back to this Chucks.
Neighbourhood casual dining chain for inexpensive drinks and bar food.Service is excellent and they have daily specials offering great value, but execution is lacking heavily. We went on Wednesday when they have a wing and rib special for $15 and while I wasn't expecting much at that price point, the food was terribly overcooked/stale.Bone in beef jerky is the only way I can describe the ribs and somehow the wings (while seasoned nicely) were even more tough and dry. Fries were cold and old but overall the portion was reasonable. Nachos were adequate and the only positive food experience we had here.I definitely wouldn't come back for the food but cheap drinks and the service make this Chucks location a safe bet to drop in for a drink!
The server was fun, courteous and friendly. She made my elderly mom feel so special. Mom and I had Cosmos and enjoyed them. We ordered a burgers and they were very tasty.Thanks for the great service Jazzy!!!!
Good food as always and appropriate portions.. the problem was the service, it took a good 25 mins for a server to take our order after being seated.. their manager (very disorganized) checked on us if we've been help 10 mins after we got seated and another 15 mins till our server arrived.. they need more servers.. and a server who was taking a break was smoking pot infornt of the entrance, they had a patio table there.. perfect for smoking.. but not a good smell to walk in on...
Chuck's Roadhouse is one of the best value for your money restaurants. The food is good, the prices are reasonable and the staff is always friendly. They are so busy whenever we go that they could probably use more staff but since we're usually there for casual dining, we don't mind if we have to wait a little bit. I don't know about all the locations, but the chef at this location is great.
Nice Chuck’s Branch nearby. Staff are good and cooperative. Little delay in serving. Crowded branch on Friday’s. Staff has to be trained well before representing customers. Nice parking lots available. Good seating system. Neatly maintained. All COVID protocols were followed.
I attended this resturant and was very disappointed with the menu. They only had one salad on menu. I had fish and chips. The coating on the fish was very very crispy. My son had steak and lobster. He asked for med rare. It was quite well done. They had no steak sauce. (they used to, no more) the lobster tail was rubbery. All in all I will not go back to chucks road house again. Totally disappointed.
A group of us ate lunch there. The server was nice and helpful. However, the AC vent above our table came on three times while we ate, and three times dust fell from the vent onto me and our table. Luckily none of it went in our drinks.Plus, the stack of plates they put on the table the top two plates were still dirty.My sweet potato fries were the BEST I've ever eaten but the burger was overcooked and dry.Not sure I'd eat here again. Hopefully they will get their duct work cleaned so dust doesn't fall in your food :(
Chuck’s is the place to go for cheap drinks all day long and half priced appetizers after 9pm. My friends and I enjoyed our visit. The hostess was very busy doing double duty cleaning tables and seating guests and so even though there were many tables available it took awhile to be seated. Once seated our orders were taken and drinks and food arrived quickly. After getting our food the waitress disappeared for quite awhile and we had to ask her for the bill twice. No big deal because it was a busy night but perhaps more staff are needed for the late night rush. The food is pretty good considering the cheap price. I will always choose Chuck’s for an affordable night out with friends.
