I put an order through uber-eats under the name of Jaspreet Gill on 25th June, 2022 and you can see clearly it’s written brown rice on the order and they put white rice inside. Completely messed up and see the proportion i got for 12.85$. Very disappointed.
I ordered four veggie bowl from this location through Uber Eats and I got chicken pieces in that.I mean what is going on with this location particularly. I used to order a lot from this location but recently I have seen too much of quality issues.
I understand y’all were closing but I came 10 min before closing and I paid $13 for what looks like half a bowl. Every time I go during the day I get A LOT more of everything. I understand the meat was an issue cause it was the end of the day and they ran out but you still had a lot of veggies and lettuce. Compared to other photos people have put up in their reviews… compared to what I got, that’s unacceptable. Extremely annoyed with the staff. I’m not coming back to this location.
Of all the burrito/taco places love Chipotle! Tried their Pollo Asado which is new seasoned chicken for bowl. Tasted good but I still prefer their regular chicken.
Always fresh and quick service during the lunch rush hour. Staff are young,need some work on their service / people skills when dealing with customers. A good manager would be able to apply people skills and advise staff what is and is not appropriate in the work place. Besides that always a delicious place to eat.
When we arrived late on a Thursday evening, it was jam packed! The line was long but didn't take too long before we got to the front and placed our orders. We both ordered bowls and the customer service was excellent ?. We were greeted with a smile. The food was tasty and fresh. They skipped out a bit on the steak but other than that, the food was delicious. We sat outside where they had around 4 tables with chairs. It was a bit noisy because of the location and patio facing a busy road. The different flavors combined in our bowls gave it that extra special taste!!!
Well I love chipotle a lot but just dissatisfied with how they serve the veggie quesadilla as it seems that they are different than other locations. I would appreciate the efforts of manager as she handled the case very well when I confronted of my order being noq the way it was. Staff is great and helpful.
I ordered a veggie bowl with a bag of chips, the whole order was wrong the label on the bowl was right but the whole order was wrong truly disappointed with the store i know it is the closing hour but they should check as now they are closed and i am left without dinner?
What I ordered vs what I got. This is the worst experience I have ever had. They didn't put any toppings even with all the instructions on the sticker. The saddest burrito bowl ever. Worst worst worst experience
The foods great here. Love the bowls. The guac and chips always fresh. Only downside is the bag tearing whenever I get takeout. Twice I’ve gotten takeout, coming home with my bag breaking from between dropping my food onto the ground including the sauces which is not fun, especially when it happens more than once.
