Very rude and non professionals manager. They were out of sour cream but he was showing attitude as if he was doing me a favor by charging same amount without any substitute or replacement for the sour cream.They lost six people's lunch order and I am not coming back here.
Fast, friendly and customizable to what you like! A lovely gentleman offered me a sample of a drink that I wasn't sure about and although I bought a different flavor, I also loved the one he suggested and will get it next time. Thanks for that!
That was my first time to have food from this location. If i talk about service it was awful. people were so rude. They did not pack my burrito properly then it was very hard to after that. And food was not up-to the price.
The guacamole in my burrito was replaced by lettuce, kids meal did not get drunk or bag of chips, the guacamole that came with cheese quesadilla was discoloured and stale. Never eating here again.
May2022: I choose to come to the company Chipotle based on its reasonably good food and consistency. But this specific location at the mall is the worst I've ever been to on many occasions. The amount of SALT in their food leaves me with sores in my mouth and a bad after taste. I will make today my last time coming here. I do NOT recommend this location. Chipotle is a great company otherwise.
I love their food you can customize it the way you like. So much rice chicken and veggies for a good price. So filling and delicious
The portions are unacceptable. The lady filled the burrito bowl halfway and called it a large. It’s all lettuce and half spoon of chicken instead of full spoon. Do not recommend. Would not come back
Chipotle is always good - fresh food, tasty. They need to improve their children's menu though. The cheese quesadilla was rolled up very small and the cheese melted out of it and stuck it to the foil wrapper. My child could not get half he cheese off of the wrap. Will visit again.
Chipotle is the busiest restaurants in the food court next to Szechuan Express and don’t even have enough people working. The lines are so long. Wait time is almost 20 minutes in line until you actually pay for your order.The food is great though and very filling. Love the salsas .
I bought a chicken salad to go for lunch today. I particularly impressed with 2 team members who were friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. I'll be back to this location!
