Best place for Shrimp and Lobster Sauce like I remember as a kid. Nice and hot served on plain steamed rice.
The manager of the store and employees do not have any customer service skills. We had a group of 8 that went in to order food and we were told to leave after a few minutes as we were taking too long to order and to many people in the place. For context the place was empty and we jus wanted to place take out order. The employees and manager are also unprofessional with them cutting and making food at the front of the store instead of the kitchen making us question the quality of the food. We ended up going somewhere else where our business was welcomed
Very poor customer service, front desk manager can not manage anything due to staff who are very rude to customers and working in flip flops. Will not recommend to anyone. No respect towards customers. Food quality and quantity NOT satisfying.
Visited the palace after watching a movie, came home expecting to have it all by myself + some leftovers for tomorrow. My dad stole some from, but I still have enough leftovers for tomorrow! Delicious ?!!
Last time I was in Mississauga, missing home, and drove by China Palace. Walked in and attracted by the atmosphere. Nice food, friendly staff. Will visit again.
One of the best Haka places. I've been here several times and baring once, their food taste has always been consistent and yummy.
Definitely one of the most comfortable restaurants I’ve tried during the pandemic! It was my first but definitely not the last visit. Everything was touchless, from menus to contact tracing. They even have a sanitizer bottle on every table. This place seems to take COVID protocols pretty seriously as I saw them actually sanitizing seats and tables after use. The cherry on top of the experience was the tasty food and friendly staff! Definitely recommend!
Not recommended ,,,, Rude stafff.Server was acting weird. Everyone was roaming in flip flopps.Food was too sour , munchurians were over cooked and they were burnt
Okay, so across from Kwality and tucked between an Osmows and another resto whose name escapes me, is this yummy Hakka resto.So family ordered all this food in advance before we sat down so bear with me as I don't know the official names :(First off that spicy sour soup (tom yum) and fried corn were so addictive!! The corn soup was also good but besides the kids, the table loved the tom yum more.I preferred the chicken pakora but those that like spicier food liked the (ask for dried version!) chilli chicken more. Both were tender and juicy.There were two noodles dishes, one rice noodle and the other ...a special dish involving soup dumplings and noodles (i think its off menu, so gotta order it in advance but totally worth it though!!!). Sorry, next time i go, I'll get the proper names XDAnyways, if all else fails, just show my pictures to the staff lol.
I ordered veg and non veg food . I also ordered 2 chilly paneer dry and the quality was extremely bad , the chilli paneer had no taste and it’s giving foul smell. I called China Palace and shared my concern regarding the same . My call was received by Jy and he was extremely rude and was not willing to even listen my complaint . He told me that this is the way they cook . I told him chilli paneer is smelling and has no taste not even salt . But he refused and misbehaved with me and he told me he doesn’t care about the reviews . He told me that he cannot do anything about it and I may complain whenever I wish to . I ordered good worth cad $ 166 . It’s really sad the way China Palace treats there customers and serving the worst quality food . I will complain to concern food authorities of Canada . The china palace dint even bothered to listen my concern . It’s my worst experience. I requested him to make me speak to the manger but he refused to make me speak to the manager . And he misbehaved with me . It’s a rediculious service with unprofessional behaviour towards there customers.The issue has been resolved by the Manager Jayson . I appreciate jayson kind concern and taking care of the complainant very professionally and with honour . Thanks Jayson , looking forward to order from china palace as usual .
