Another day visit chatime for drinks on Sunday. I noticed store been very busy weekend but all the staffs have been keeping the store running very consistent. one thing i saw the cash girl actually helping a very odd customer but nobody seems to care, cashier do all of the work so line hold up for awhile only 2 staffs in the front, lady from the back i think she manager but hope next time she can keep it up with staffs in front and anything happen that disturbed the ur staffs and store flow like this. Drinks were okay.

Rude staff and very impatient. Was getting my Bday drink and I had troubles with the password login to Chatime App for them to scan the voucher. They did not let me know or give directions on how to use the App at all. They close an hour before the mall closes, looked annoyed and need proper training with customer service. On top of that, I was even charged 10 cents more (70 cents rather than 60 cents) for Large size.

I like cha time i just I feel this location is my least favourite location, staff tend to forget to ask for the pointcards and forget about the promotions running

I ordered two drinks at Chatime square one at 5:16 pm oFebruary 4th. The cashier was rude and I had torepeat my order three times and she still order the wrong thing. Then she rolled her eyes and act like she's right which she wasn't. I understand you guys are usually busy and that was Friday evening. However, I did say my two drinks loudly and clearly. I could understand caramel milk tea sometimes sounds like pearl milk tea. However, I ordered golden lily milk tea with oat milk doesn't sound like pearl milk tea at all. I don't know why the cashier was not patient and rude just because I told her the order was not correct?Secondly, The brown sugar pearls didn't taste any brown sugar flavor AT ALL. The pearls were raw. The inner parts of the pearls were still HARD(Please check the attached pictures). I asked for oat milk but it was milk tea powder.This is really frustrating. Please have better customer service and make sure your pearls are cooked.

The beverages are good, service organization is pretty consistent. There are a few small tables along this mall's corridor. There is the occasional off chance where you get a new employee being trained that could delay service. However, when the manager and assistant manager are on shift, you can feel and see the significant service quality improve. The beverages are well done and is one of the faster Chatime's that I've been to.

I am not a chai person but their pearl milk chai is the most delicious bubble tea I have tasted so far in Canada ?Definitely going back to try more flavors.

I never like to leave bad reviews but this one location inspired me to write. First time there. Could not communicate well with staff taking order even though I am fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin. Once called the drinks were all incorrect except for one (of three). Politely explained that the drinks do not match what we ordered. After being told "that's what you ordered" I showed him the bill, he hesitantly backed down. The girl he was on shift with was even more rude and so full of herself. Never again Chatime Burnhamthorpe. By the way, tapioca was badly frostbitten and barely edible.

Drinks weren't mixed well. It was sweet the first half and then the last half had barely any sweetness.
