As you can see the reviews speak for themselves, what can I say that hasn’t already been said. Amazing service is an understatement, this family owned business is makes you feel as though you are apart of their family. The food is delicious, healthy and organic. Made by a very sweet lady that will come out and greet you with the biggest smile, then prepared by her daughter who is just as amazing. I will be coming back for the delicious food and wonderful conversation. Thank you so much for making a not so great day so much better.

Freshly baked soft pretzel buns, freshly cut veggies, freshly roasted chicken...you see the theme here? FRESH.Great price, great portions, great food, great people! Charlotte's is a hidden gem I had a pleasure of discovering! Food is amazing, fresh and prepared with love of cooking. A fantastic family business run by two-generation lovely ladies. When you enter you feel right away that they are really happy to see you. I am greeted not only with a smile but by my name as well, and the atmosphere there makes me feel as if I've come home for dinner! I've tried almost all menu items and oh, don't get me started on cakes! Their cheesecake (made with real cheese), brownies (not over sweeten) and cookies are fantastic. Everything is cooked, baked on premises, including soft, melt-in-your-mouth pretzels used for sandwiches. I'd suggest to order ahead because pretzel sandwiches (among other menu items) go fast daily!
Love this place!! Charlotte most definitely makes the best sauces that you can find to put on any sandwich!! Janet makes the softest, tastiest pretzel buns that you would have ever had in your life!! These two ladies makes the perfect team and the outcome is - delicious sandwiches ever! The cafe is cute and cozy, making the ambience great and the staff are always friendly and welcoming. I don't have a picture of my sandwiches here, because we couldn't wait to take a bite of it. Absolutely delicious and flavorful. I will definitely return to their place. Defiently a hidden gem!! ❤️
One of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a restaurant. From the moment I entered the restaurant to the moment I ate the food back at home, I just couldn’t stop thinking about the experience I had. The food is great and tastes like it’s made with high quality ingredients. Ever so soft pretzels loaded with different veggies and your choice of protein. The desserts are to die for. The best, though, has to be the customer service. The family that’s owns and is running the restaurant are two of the sweetest ladies I’ve ever come across in the food industry. I could go on about what they did for me, but as you can see in the other reviews they treat everyone the same. Highly recommend checking it out yourself and giving the pretzel sandwich and the butter tart a shot, you won’t regret it!
This place is a hidden gem!! You can taste healthy, tasty fresh food. Everything is homemade so you can feel the difference when you try it. I had veggie Paella with salad.
You should definitely visit. More than once. Everything I’ve tried here has been incredible (pretzel buns with dips, pretzel bun sandwiches, cheesecake, apple and butter tarts, almond cake, brownies, mini chocolate chip cookies, paella, that spicy chilli sauce!!). Beyond the incredible food, I can’t say enough about the owners. They are so nice and wonderful to speak with. I will be going back for as long as I can.
This place is amazing. It is a small family owned outlet and the women was very helpful in choosing items according to our taste. We got Pretzels, almond cake and butter tarts freshly baked. They have their home made sauce to go with the sandwich. Next time we want to visit to try their lunch menu.
This place is the definition of a hidden gem. Delicious, friendly, surprising eatery buried in an industrial area. The ladies are the sweetest and friendliest human beings ever. They offered me a piece of pretzel with their three homemade sauces (they're finger licking good), and a slice of their freshly baked soufflé cheesecake (again, amazing).I ended up ordering a seafood paella and seafood chowder as they're Friday specials, and I couldn't resist both dishes. The paella is cooked on an actual paella dish and it is so flavorful. The chowder is also nice as well.I do regret that I didn't order the pretzel sandwiches after I tasted the sample. There are so many other hearty dishes that I love on the menu. I would definitely come back for the sandwiches, goulash, and many other dishes!
