Not as good as it used to be. Skip the dishes and uber have really ruined the take out experience. I made my order and 3 people behind me as well. Then 4 of us sat and watched as order after order was made for skip and uber while ours sat waiting for either toppings or meat or even just for the staff to put it in a bag. I grab naked burritos as they a generally faster. I still waited for about 20 to 25 min. I took the time to walk in and order not use an app. There should be a bit more respect for that.
If you’re not vigilant and watch them make your burrito 8/10 they miss something. Today I ordered over the app where the ingredients are clearly listed on the receipt glued to the paper bag and I had missing corn, black beans, coleslaw, and cilantro.Last week when I ordered over Uber eats a veggie soy burrito they delivered a chicken - I don’t know if they gave me someone else’s order or just messed mine up that bad. I’m a vegetarian so I couldn’t shrug my shoulders and eat it anyway so that was unfortunate. They definitely look pestered when I ask to watch the burritos get made but if you don’t they almost always mess it up somehow. When done correctly, tastes great.Today when I got my burrito it was like 1pm and there was just 1 couple in the store. I understand during rush hour you might make mistakes but it just happens so often and consistently, whether slow or in a rush. I think the employees need to be trained better to slow down and pay attention to detail. Also - please picture yourself eating what you make. Todays burrito had all the onions at the end of it, which was a horrible end to a meal as I spat out onion pieces (PS., used to work at the PC location so I’m not just trying to complain for the sake of it - they really do lack CS and thoughtfulness at this location)
I ordered off the BB app. When I compare my favorite Sweet Potato quesadilla w/ other locations, this one makes it the best!! It's just stuffed & nicely grilled. They have Happy Hour Sun-Weds, & they're open until 11pm 7 days / wk when nothing else is open in that area for inexpensive eats. Great Mississauga option for late night eats!
I would give the brand 5, because the sauce and flavours are good. But I give a 2 star to this location (Winston Churchill Blvd) for a few reasons:1. We bought 4 meals 2 burritos and 2 naked burritos, meat in all 4 were cold.2. In the middle of pandemic, the guy making the sandwiches didn’t have his mask fully on (his nose out completely).3. Staff were superrrrrrrr slow.
Ordered a steak burrito. The burrito for the majority of bites was mostly rice and other toppings. Feel as if the “steak” part of the burrito was SERIOUSLY lacking and will bring me to choose other take out options. Definitely disappointing as I’ve been going here for the last 5-6 years and as of recently the quality has been lacking. Going stingy on the “meat” of the burrito will not bring back customers. Please choose quality over quantity. Picture below to illustrate ?
Seriously good Burritos. What I like are the fresh ingredients and they are finished on a grill. You only need a small burrito but I often get the large as they're so good.
This is my standard for burritos. If i go elsewhere for them, I always compare them to burrito Boyz. Yes I was upset when a while back they began to charge for guacamole, but i understand I guess . But yeah, the burritos are the best, the quesadillas are good and their bowls are huge and good. This location is consistent for good quality too, just like the lakeshore one. They always warn you about the hot sauce, and for some it may be spicy, but for those of us who enjoy a good kick in the mouth, don't be shy to ask for double lines. The staff has always been super friendly and chill, I've never seen someone be rude to a customer, or even give off a rude tone. Good job on that front!
I love burrito boyz, and this location does a great job handling orders with above average modifiers. Kitchen is clean and ingredients are always fresh and well prepared. Staff does a great job and they work efficiently. I wish more restaurants had this level of teamwork and awareness. I eat Halal, so its great to see the care in handling the food, I feel like they are aware of the discrete requirements of handling halal or even vagan food in the presence of pork in the same kitchen. But it doesn't hurt to mention that its noticed when you have separate utensils and contact points for each. As well as be careful to not cross contaminate when handling overlapping ingredients. I know they add the meat in the end usually, but its just worth mentioning that its something to be aware of on the grill for example. Also the this location is super big and roomy, which I hope we can enjoy again after all these crazy covid restrictions.
Food is excellent and if there’s a mistake they’ll remake it. I give 3 stars because they need a better system for preorders-I order in advance to save time. Waiting in line to pay for my order when it’s ready for pickup is asinine.
To me this is one of the best burrito chains out there. Like the old saying is you don't fix what's not broken, here they do burritos very well at reasonable prices compared to other establishments and they do not severely overcharge you for guacamole. I've been to some places such as Chipotle and they charged you three plus dollars for guacamole. Anytime I'm in the area this will definitely be my go-to place if I'm looking for a burrito. Only thing that I would change and this is just my opinion is to have a broader selection of specialty Mexican sodas such as the Coca-Cola that is made in Mexico from cane sugar or have the Jurritos Mexican cola flavour.
