THIS LOCATION IS THE WORST. Unfortunate since burrito boyz is usually pretty good. The location is bad for the brand. They made the worst burrito I've ever had BY FAR, not just from burrito boyz but any spot. Burrito boyz is great usually but this location has gone very downhill in the last few years or so. Watching the workers after you order, you can tell it's going to be bad. You can just see how sloppy and rushed they are making the food. It's not even busy and the workers are making a bunch of burritos like they're on a time trial. It's alright to move fast if your effective and can still get the quality right but these people just look uncoordinated over there. The burrito was flat like rolled loose, the tortilla was a weird texture, and they loaded up the sauce way too much. The whole thing fell apart. Not to mention the beans were dry and weird texture as well. All the ingredients seemed to taste a little off, especially the meat. The chicken pieces were absolutely disgusting. To think people (including myself) are paying for this? Never again. If you're in the area, jerk chicken @ Potluck right next door is way better, go there instead or find another burrito boyz location to hit up if potluck is closed.
I love burrito boys, but this location is the ABSOLUTE worst location to go to. Service is terrible and they’ve managed somehow to consistently mess up my order 5 times in a row. I now go to any other location as they’ve ALWAYS managed to f up the order. Last time I purchased 2 burritos. Neither had sauce (how do you forget sauce), so we went back to them and explained that both burritos had no sauce in them. They refused to do anything about it and would you believe these people laid out both the burritos on the counter - in public - and 3 of the workers were huddled over inspecting the burritos to confirm if we were right. They eventually realized that neither of the burritos had sauce in them - after doing the most just to confirm. Honestly management needs to reconsider who they hire because it’s a shame. This location used to be one of the best actually, and they have completely gone down hill. I’ve mentioned one example, however the past few times ordering from them, they have messed up my order and the service is disgusting. I’ve been meaning to write this review for a while, especially now that I’ve noticed other customers having similar issues with them. First time leaving a review and this has been long overdue. Hire new workers, there are people out there willing to work hard and uphold proper quality and standards.
Placed the order over the phone and got my food five minutes before the said time. Finding parking is bit challenging as it’s a busy location.Burrito was good.
I paid for extra cheese and chicken on my nachos and they put not even a normal amount of cheese and then put a quarter of the amount of chicken they normally do this happens every time I order they can’t follow special instructions I paid for extra cheese and skip the dishes won’t refund me. I found a bone in my food before, one time they completely forgot to put toppings on my nachos. this is getting really old.

I ordered a Chicken quesadilla around 11am.First of all there was hardly any chicken, veggies or cheese inside of it.The chicken was dry and no flavor. The veggies were cut into huge chunks. And hardly any cheese. Everything was placed in the middle and the ends had no ingredients on the ends.The salsa and sour cream was only filled half way.They are cheap.I will never go back again.
I found that every time either I or my boyfriend go into the place to order, the people working are always very nice qnd pleasant. Also every time we order delivery we have never had issues with our order, in fact we are always so happy because they give so much for the price and it's so delicious. And the most recent time we ordered delivery we had ordered 2 lime jarritos and 1 mandarin, instead we got 3 mandarin and a note saying "we are very sorry we ran out of the lime". I would have been fine with just the drinks because we would understand that they probably ran out, but they take the time to right a note and I thought it was just really nice.

Service has gone downhill drastically over the past few years. Always waiting an extra 10+ minutes in store despite calling for pick up order, its not even busy when I stop by. No communication from the workers about it either, no sorry we forgot or anything. They dont even address it. Quite rude to waste a persons time like that. On top of it all food went downhill too. This burrito is SOGGY despite being toasted on all 4 sides. What a waste of money and time.
