This review is based on both the take out service and the sit down service.I’ll start with take out. I used the app about 4 hours prior to when I needed the food. When we arrived to pick up the food we were told that there was higher than expected service levels and we would need to wait at least an hour for the food. We left without the food.Today we came to the argentia location to celebrate my kindergarten child’s graduation. All he asked for was wings. We took a chance. We arrive about 6:30. The restaurant was fairly busy we were seated right away. Our lovely server mentioned that he was new and he will do what he can to keep us happy. We were in a great mood and willing to go with the flow. We ordered a child’s meal of boneless wings in salt and pepper with veggie sticks. My husband and I ordered 30 wings traditional with a basket of fries. After an hour my child’s food came out with a lot of salt and pepper on it. I brushed off the excess and all was well. Except my husband and my wings didn’t come out. We kept waiting. Our waiter told us that the order didn’t get inputted correctly and was going to rush our order. We are now left with a cranky full child who is now ready for bed since it’s now 8:30. We are still waiting. At 9:03pm our food which we changed to take our finally arrived and so did the bill. We paid. Walked out. And then realized that the fries and veggies are missing. My husband went back in. We then got the fries. Still no veggies. We just left.If you want to take a chance, usually the food is good. But honestly the service needs to be dealt with.I don’t know if it’s the dining room staff or the kitchen but please I ask. If the owner is reading this, please look into why this happened.
You cannot go wrong with wings. The place is cozy , the staff is very friendly and the food is fantastic!Have been to the oakville location but this one is better. Love the spicy garlic wings, garlic parmesan and the hottest ones too.
No Thai Curry sauce ! Unlike USA we didn't find my favourite Thai curry available in Canada. Not sure why they don't have it. Menu options are not on par with USA. Service is good but as usual takes a minimum of 25 minutes. Like the cauliflower fry.
The wings were great and we fell in love with the onion rings! Very friendly servers and nice atmosphere. The music can be a little loud for those with very young kids.
Friendly and courteous servers. Good food. Kids loved the boneless wings. I split 20 wings and fries with the wifey. I got the dry rub desert heat and buffalo (it’s not spicy but good flavour). Prices are fair. One thing to work on is the washroom…it’s like a freezer in there lol.
The service was pretty quick, and the place looks fairly modern and really clean inside, but these were probably the worst chicken wings I've ever had. If "Extra Crispy" = overcooked and really dry, then that was our fault for selecting the option, but the for the "Extra Sauce" option only 1x wing out of 30x *almost* had an adequate amount of sauce. For the price, and from a place with "Wings" in their name, I expected better :(The burgers in the menu look solid, and I would have been curious to try them, but if their wings are this bad (from a Wing place), I'm not sure I'd chance it :(
It's one of my favorite restaurant. Chicken wings and beer battered onion rings are two my two favorite dishes here.. I got little disappointed that they don't have Thai curry sauce in the menu for Chicken wings, not sure it's available only in USA. The staffs are nice and helpful. I don't drink, so all I tried is soda's and virgin drinks those are all normals
1- I live close by and can walk to and from my house so I don't have to drive. 2- I'll be honest, the customer service that I've experienced since I've been frequenting this establishment (3 months so far) is 70-30. In my experience it sometimes takes a little longer than it should to be seated sometimes especially if it's not busy. The staff for the most part is very hospitable and friendly. In my opinion, the bar is the best place in there for service and prompt service. Overall would recommend for the real sports fans but is also a good spot to bring your family
By far the worst customer service I have ever experienced.I called to place an order for takeout an hour before their closing time during the lockdown. The young lady on the phone was very unprofessional and made me feel like I was bothering her to place a takeout order. I was unable to access the menu online and asked her for some suggestions and her response was " the menu is way too long to tell you them." So, I decided to hang up look at the menu and call back to place my order. After she took my order, I asked if I could come pick it up 15 min prior to closing time (taking their time into consideration) and she told me to "hurry up" because they're closing.Despite her monotone and disrespectful attitude, I still placed my order. I arrived at the restaurant with my boyfriend at the time I indicated in our call. He went inside to notify the manager respectfully of the unprofessional service I received on the phone. According to my boyfriend, the manager immediately became hostile, failed to listen to his concerns, kicked him out of the restaurant not providing him with our order. You would think during this pandemic with all these lockdowns affecting restaurants such as Buffalo Wild Wings they would gladly welcome service for takeout.Needless to say, we will never visit this location again and will continue to notify others to stay far away.
I swear this is my favorite place to go for fast fun bar food!Staff is a delight to interact with, either sit down or at the bar.Love the wings and all the flavour options!
