Boston Pizza holds on to its standards pretty well! I also had the spinach artichoke dip… sorry no pic as it was so yummy that we immediately dipped? Nice refreshing family ambiance.
Best treatment ever when I walked in to order to go. 2 girls took my order and had the best personality ever. Helped me out to pick what I wanted. And they offered to help me carry my order to the car and the manager stepped in and helped me carry the drinks and my 2 bags to my car. Great service thank you team. Keep up your good work.
A very family-friendly restaurant. My kids love coming here because their food is always consistently good. My husband and I enjoy their pastas on Pasta Tuesdays. Drink selections are really good too, if you want to just relax with a drink in hand, munch on some appies and catch a game (or in my case, the plays of the month). This particular restaurant is well run, the servers are friendly, is central with plenty of parking. Would definitely recommend!
This is my local BP and I always enjoy coming here. I had a great experience a couple weeks ago for a Victoria Day lunch with my daughter. Yummy food and good drink specials. I sometimes come for an after work drink and all the servers and bartenders give great service. Amy is especially friendly. Would recommend highly.
My sister is heavily pregnant and was craving the cactus cut nachos (not a regular item) and I called multiple locations around Mississauga and all of them said no. Mark came through and made the absolute best cactus cut nachos we have ever had!!! The fries were crunchy and the halal spicy chicken actually had spices and tasted delicious. If we had time, we would have come back and grab a second order, that's how amazing it was. Both Jennifer and Mark were so kind and respectful to our dietary needs (halal), and accommodated us by making the fries in an oven rather than deep frying them. Thank you Jennifer for letting me know about the fries being fried in the same fryer as non-halal meat and thank you Mark for taking the time out of your busy schedule and making it differently for us. You guys don't understand how sweet and respectful this gesture was. My family and I, and especially my pregnant sister truly appreciate it! She ate it all within 10 mins, no exaggeration!!! Thank you so much!!
2nd time I found ground beef in my fettuccine pasta when I asked for marinara sauce, spinach and green peppers ONLYI have already submitted the form online and no one has gotten back to me
I usually don't give 1 star but this location is a poor respresentation of the brand, by far has been my worst experience. They cut my wrap Horizontally (I know! ) and for side veggies I got a bunch of brocoli. Really ???
The managers have changed again. Shortage on a few items. But service was quick and we had our newborn daughter with us the staff was very friendly. We have not seen Agi since a few months ago but a few other familiar faces are still there. I understand the restaurant trying to do the right thing but the staff turn over is very concerning.
From all Boston Pizza's this is my least favorite. My experience with the food in this establishment has been below par to other Boston Pizza's I have been.The staff and service is good, although a little bit more attention to detail would be appreciated. We went there with our 11 month son and they put us in one of the raised booth and brought a high chair for our son. The high chair was way lower than the table and was somewhat cumbersome to feed the little one. The restaurant was at 25% capacity so a regular table mat have been a way better choice for us.In summary, overall friendly staff but the food could use a little bit more TLC.
I visited this location for the first time in a couple of years and left disappointed.The restaurant wasn't too busy, but service was really slow. We waited a long time after being seated for someone to take our order and it took a very long time for the food to arrive. On top of the waiting, we were told that one of the pizzas was made incorrectly, and we ended up with half of the table getting cool meals while the other half had to wait longer for their food. Ended up being in the restaurant for about 2.5 hours for an appetizer and mains with no dessert.The staff were apologetic and the food was ok (other than some meals being cold), but overall I was disappointed with the service on this visit.
