I ordered 2 paninis, 1 wrap, 3 smoothies. The paninis were flat enough before being heat pressed, that it appeared to have no chicken in them. All 3 smoothies did Not taste good and were thin and watered down. My order was $50 which is not a cheap amount for 3 snacks and smoothies so I expect to receive what I pay for as I usually do at other locations. They also gave me a bananas a whey instead of the breezy banana which is packed with protein and not my taste so i didn't even drink half of it.2 males working there looked miserable and were barely understandable. Very unlike any booster juice experience I've ever had.Not returning to that location under that management -_-

Bad service, rude person and they don’t care at all. Just try to avoid this place especially if you do food delivery 30 min to get 4 drinks and she put other customer first before I get my online order. Then why we order online

If I could give 0 stars I would. The server didn’t want to make me a chipotle steak panini so he toldMe they discontinued it…I asked how it was discontinued if they had chipotle steak wraps and other paninis and he got frustrated with me so I went to another location and was made a fresh chipotle steak panini. I’mNot sure why he felt the need to lie to me. Won’t be going back ever again. I think this location would benefit from hiring new employees who care about making their customers happy and serve the items that are posted on the menu. This was at 12pm on April 30th 2022

The cheapest customer service i have ever got from this restaurant. Never go to this place i would suggest you guys and specially the illiterate brown guy wearing cap has no sense how to talk and behave with cx he should be out from the restaurant soon

Very disappointed in this location. Ordered online at 3:25pm and was told the order would be ready at 3:36pm. Upon coming inside to pick up at 3:37pm, they started doing my order and finished at 3:45pm. I asked for compensation for additional waiting times, they refused and won’t budge for failing to meet the target order pick up time. The food was not warmed enough, rushed enough to get food to me. Surprised to learn they are not willing to provide satisfaction, not even an apology from them.

I ordered a tropikale smoothie today and noticed when the person handed it to me he was wearing a bandaid on his finger. I could see blood on the bandaid. I should have said something in the moment, but I didn’t want to be that person complaining. Needless to say 5 minutes later I decided to go back and ask for refund - I didn’t drink any. The manager told me that they are not able to provide refunds, apologized, and offered to remake me the drink himself. I am leaving two stars though as from a health and safety perspective the employee should have been wearing gloves, and I didn’t see the manager telling him to do so or even change his bandage…. I won’t be returning to this location because it’s a public health risk

Best customer service seen on store. Team members are very friendly and understanding. They also help you out to choose for the best drink for oneself. Must go and have a try.

Best Mango Hurricane smoothie I have tried so far. As well all the smoothies are made with the best frozen fruits.

It's one of the best location I've ever visited. Kalp is very good. Nice service, good quality. Overall very good experience..
