Whoever was working Tuesday the 13th (July) 2021.. at around 5:15pm made the best juices and smoothies that I’ve ever had in my life. That employee put their mind, body and soul, blood, sweat and tears into making the best juices and smoothie I’ve ever had. What a queen . Love her
I went yesterday and got a smoothie, the lady that was working was very unfriendly and extremely RUDE! I ordered ahead on the app. When I arrived and inquired about my order she became rude and combative. I said I was there to pick up my online order and told her my name. To which she rudely replied “we don’t go by names, give me your number””!
Poor customer service, lid installed improperly and ended up wearing half of the drink. Asked for a new one and she wanted to charge me for it, she told me it's not her problem. Then tried to charge me for the new one.
Very bad experience. I got ginger hammer fresh juice and it taste like ginger juice. There is a huge difference in taste compare to other branches. Very disappointing.

Store is supposed to open at 8am, often the worker is late. I just watched 3 guys leave, its 8:05am still not open. This is not the first time that I wait for someone to open the store.
