I wouldnt give it 1 star also.. This is the worse place i have ever been to in my whole life. At the missauga square one mall branch. On 16 August aroung 2.00 pm. Ordered a Halal chicken burger. First of all the cashier didnt take the order properly becoz i said i want just a burger and she still forced a combo on my head when i payed. Which was way too expensive 23 dollars just for a burger becoz it is halal. When i requested i just wanted the sandwich the cashier called her incharge who was so rude that she told the cashier do not return the money once payed it is done the incharge didnt bother to talk to me. The burger was so blank no seasoning at all and was under cooked. The fries were also reheated and tasted stale. The drink size is was also small. Total worth less and waste of money. Ruined my whole day.
I ordered beyond meat vege burger. It was very well made. The taste was awesome and service was really good
The craft burger was lovely, the patty was juicy and the mushrooms and mayo complemented it perfectly.The spicy burger was also really nice, I skipped the mayo and added the gravy from the Poutine, also a hit.The chicken burger however wasn't to my taste, I chucked it. All in, I'd definitely recommend a stop at Big Smoke Burger.
Waited 25+ minutes. Staff forgot my girlfriends order. Very rude. We asked multiple times what's going on. Eventually just asked for a refund and left. Apparently it's really hard to remember your customers.
Definitely the best burger joint in Square One! Way better than all the other fast food chains in the food court
Very bad service and rude behaviour. Chicken burger was overcooked and had a very bad taste and texture. Will never visit this restaurant again. ????????????
This place is the one I always prefer. I go to a lot of restaurants but to this place I go the most. The team is very friendly and the cooking they offer is so tasty. I am always happy to have a good meal here. Highly recommended.
Food was nice but whoever hired that lady at the cash needs to be fired. Worse costumer service ever. It doesn’t matter how bad your day is you should never let off you anger at costumers when trying to order. I’m glad the other worker made my food because he was much better and deserved to be promoted. I ordered my food around March, 22 Monday around 2:30-3:30pm. This attitude was unacceptable and she needs to learn how to be a decent human being. Management should do a better job hiring better workers who actually are nice to costumers and want to treat them with respect and not attack them for no reason.
I did not have a good experience when ordering at the Square One location. The cashier was very rude and irritated. We could not hear each other, while wearing our masks due to Covid and due to the background noise from the kitchen, when ordering. So it made her more irritated. They were only accepting cash at the time and they were out of one of the sauce flavours. I mistakenly took my credit card out, forgetting that it was only cash. And she rudely retorted "Cash Only! I told you!". I was shocked by the rudeness.To management please address these issues
This food was amazing every bite felt like I was being massaged.
