I love Baskin robbins but this store in Heartland charges more than the store on Glen Erin and Britania. There is a huge difference in price. The quantity is less as well. Also very poor customer service compare to other Baskin Robbins store.
Price is high compare to other baskin robins,,,1 scoop is equal to half scoop when you buy from other basking robins…worst customer service
Killer is a very kind Korean man that takes extra care with his customers. Highly recommend going to this guy for ice cream.
I came here with my wife and I ordered 2 single cones and they were really good. My wife got the cream cheese pumpkin and I got the German Chocolate. It was a lot better than I expected. The staff here were really friendly and I would definely come back here and order ice cream.

Very bad service and unprofessional ownerWhen the prices were raised for the milkshakes they cost almost 11 dollars now yet they don’t even fill the cup until the rim like all the other baskin robins doAnd when it was brought to their attention we were treated rudely and they said this is how we do itDon’t recommend this place at all
Amazing selection and service! I don’t know any other BR location that has the selection of ice cream and ice cream cakes as this one. Their standard of cleanliness and hygiene is also impeccable, especially in the Covid-era. And obviously people don’t know that location plays a huge part in price. The downtown Toronto locations charge way more for every single item and the cheaper locations in Mississauga will charge a bit less. All standard in the retail and food service industry. All in all, quality ice cream and quality service!
One of the worst managementIf you wanna get least amount of ice cream then go here. Visited yesterday and ordered a single scoop. A nice lady made perfect size cup and when she was about to give me a Chinese manager came and told her it’s too much ice cream and made her put it back from cup into big ice cream container and scoop it again in such a way they scoop will have no ice cream at bottom. I told him it’s normal size for single scoop and he was like no this is how much we can give.Take your hard earned money somewhere where it is valued properly. Will never recommend or visit this branch until the Chinese management changes !!!
This is a great location for delicious ice cream run by very nice management. Highly recommended!
