Every time I come here, the employees are amazing and the service is great however the owner of the store is always rude to his employees. I can always hear him make comments and give aggressive, condescending looks. He talks down to employees and that is unacceptable. Please be kind to your workers.
Unclean location, they cross contaminate their scoops with nut ice creams, seriously u guys could hurt/kill someone…..unacceptable protocol like seriously…..they have no idea what to do with nut allergies had to tell them to wash the spoon and scoops, unreal. As a customer I do take on that risk 100% however not having ur workers educated and trained with correct procedures and policies is unacceptable. On top of that, workers here are rude. Health inspectors should shut this place down.EDIT- the owners snarky response to this and other reviews should prove how dismissive and unsanitary this location is. Avoid at all costs, read the reviews they speak for themselves. Also I never claimed that this was a “nut free establishment” lol. My review was specifically talking about ur ignorant staff. Successful businesses aren’t run like this, best of luck.
Person serving me was rude. I would rate a zero if I could. I was making small talk and just mentioned that their prices were not comparable to another BR not too far away. I had already paid and was not asking for any discount just mentioning the difference. I was leaving when the man muttered “well then you should go there”.
Excellent customer service , The cake person helped us to choose the correct ice cream flavour and design .. the cake came out as expected and perfect and it was tasted delicious…. The shop is located in central parkway mall .. and there are enough parking space available ..
This place is extremely busy at night and definitely requires more staff on the site. I was stuck outside with another guy for 35 minutes waiting just to get in on a Saturday at 10:30 in the night. There was a family inside ahead of us and because it was just one staff working it took forever. When I went inside to place my order I had to repeat myself multiple times and the poor lady must have been so tired. This place definitely needs another person to close. HIRE MORE EMPLOYEES YOU GUYS ARE BUSY

Excellent customer service. I placed order on Monday august 30th in the morning and a cake person (lady) she helped me a lot too chores a cake. Staff very helpful I must say brilliant!!! It was everything I wanted and it tasted delicious. Thank you again!
I dont have to comment on ice cream, as to date, Baskin Robbin did not disappoint! The staff is equally same as the quality of BR Ice cream. They are very friendly. I went there on Sunday, August 1 and the lady there serving us ice cream was quick in smiling as we enter the door and always remember us from before. Personally checking how we are so as my children are etc. I appreciate the touch of being sociable. Great customer service by this lady!!!!
