Wonderful restaurant, great customer service and not to mention extremely flavourful and fresh food. It was my first time going and there was a problem with my bank card and the workers there were very understanding and even paid for the rest of my meal. Very kind of them and I will definitely return again, with cash this time haha! They will definitely receive a nice tip next time i visit!
This was by far one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. I was calling the restaurant before they close 45 minutes to make an order so I can make a pick up they were not answering the phone. so I made my way to the restaurant as I walked into the restaurant there was two girls in the back talking to each other. I decided to call the restaurant again to see if there was a phone line. the phone rang the one girl went up to the phone and looked back on her friend and started talking Indian started laughing and did not answer the phone. I don’t know why and what the reason was for that but that’s what happened I kid you not. So one of the girls came out finally after I was there already for 5 mins. I asked her how come she did not answer the phone and she said because we were busy. I told her that I’ve been here for five minutes and explain to her how long I’ve been calling for and the restaurant was empty and I saw her look at the phone and not answer it. she than took offence and told me that they were out of food and she did not wanna serve me and told me that the reason they were not answering was because they ran out of chicken. I did not want to eat chicken I wanted to eat shrimp after going back-and-forth she said she decided she does not want to serve me anymore and that they were closed. They close at 9:30. This was at 9:10. I’ve been calling the Resturant since 8:45. Anyhow, BarBurrito has a good menu and good food but this location is horrible and I do not advise anybody to come here. They lack customer service, professionalism, manners and operate at a very poor level. The employees can barely speak English and when they don’t know how to respond to you they turn around and speak their language to each other. That’s disgusting
This place is awesome, I have been trying to eat healthy and this place makes the most tastiest food. Most restaurant do not have fresh fish but these guys do. I order a fish bowl from skip the dishes almost everyday during lunch time and its always fresh and tasty. Love their recyclable packaging. Good job everyone at Bar Burrito
Ordered 3 fish tacos online for [email protected] 12.35 pm & it was ready & waiting for me . Followed all the instructions, toppings were perfect & the food was delicious. Thanks.The lady was polite & courteous. Keep it up. ?
Decent burrito and taco options. Staff needs to be more careful with first in first out for ingredients. Saw an employee load up new salsa into a container of old salsa at the counter.
Great service. Friendly and efficient. I was impressed but the cleanliness of the restaurant! And the food was amazing. 10/10 would recommend jerk chicken quesidilla.
Unfortunately have to downgrade my rating as I went there today to get a bowl and they drenched it with sauce so it was quite soggy.
Definitely servers the best burrito. The customer service was wonderful and helpful with questions. Service was fast, efficient, and the food still come out wonderful. If you're need a burrito fix this will solve your problem
