The waiter told me my request was not submitted because the two Ipads on the table had been reversed and my payment was not processed. I argued that I had been asked to input my PIN. He said the payment did not go through and asked me to insert my Visa again. My statement shows 2 charges for the same amount. I called Apropos and they advised me to call the airport because they could not process a refund. This appeared to be a deliberate ruse to charge me twice, because when I complained, the waiter immediately swapped the two Ipads on the table.

I had the crispy chicken sandwich. It was warm, tasty, and fast. Came with a nice salad too. It was pricey but no different than the other shops at the airport. And in my opinion, this was better than most burgers or sandwiches at the other places.

Eat while you wait to board you flight, also don't forget to charge your phone with free charging stations.

I travel 200 days a year. This was the best hotel I have stayed in for two years. Tony at front desk was highlight of stay. Courteous, knowledgeable, problem solver, wonderful. Room was spacious, very clean Breakfast great Close to everything and shuttle always on time. Everything exceeded my expectations. Restaurant very good, could use more selection on menu.

Excellent place to refuel while travelling, service is prompt and accurate. Staff are polite and also there are these kiosks to play games, earn free food and drinks, and easy ordering. Comfortable open location and somewhere that is suitable for a quick sit down and conversation too.

Great bar. Good drink selection. Great service. Good music. Good ambience. Definitely recommended if you are looking for a place to get together with friends.

The standard coffee ($4.50 with grat) was cold and weak.

I ordered breakfast with coffee before my flight. The food came but no coffee (just plain coffee). I waited for a long time and finished my food. I then asked the waitress who served me as I was about to board the flight. She told me I had to go across the corridor to the other side where the coffee was being made. I went there and was told very rudely by the person who was serving the coffee to go sit down and wait. I had to board the plane so left without coffee and had to pay 18% tip on lousy and rude service. My friend who ordered cappuccino at the same time as my coffee got hers very quickly but she had to wait for her food and ate it quickly as the food came very late. I highly recommend staying away from this place as food and service are both slow and lousy.

Enjoyed everything I ate. Prices a bit steep but worth it.

I ate here because I was waiting for my flight, and I ordered the chocolate chip French toast. I was surprised to see that it wouldn't let me pay with cash, and I was also very astonished to see payment of tip before service was even offered. It was a bit ridiculous, and I really didn't want to give any tip. In any case, I did because the wage system in the US is superbly broken, and I waited for my food. It didn't take long, and there were four half-slices of bread with mini chocolate chips on them, alongside a plastic container of syrup. Boo on the plastic container! The French toast itself was very mediocre, and one piece wasn't cooked thoroughly. The bread was clearly cheap bread, and the chocolate chips didn't really taste like chocolate chips. It was mediocre as a whole, but what would one expect from a restaurant at the airport. For $16 (CAD) post-tax pre-tip, this was not a cheap meal but again, it's at the airport so what can I expect. The ordering tablet was interesting though, and after ordering, food just gets delivered to the table.
