Butter chicken and Garlic naan is my favourite combo any day and Amaya did not disappoint me! Yet another Indian food outlet you can go and enjoy.. I might have to try a few other dishes to give a proper review! The chicken quantity could be more but the flavour was amazing and the naan were soft!?

Recently i went to Amaya for having Indian food, after long time I had such a taste that is similar with Indian cousins. I inspire others to visit this place for a pleasure experience. Apart from this, the staff was polite and showing professionalism in the service. Thanks Amaya
My experience at this restaurant was memorable. I went there at the closing time. Only one minute was left when I went to the restaurant to order my food. But both the cute girls at the front( Manvir and priyanka) made food for us and they helped us to choose the items even though they already turned off their fryers. I really thankful for the employees working at the Amaya at Square one. I would like to say thanks for the service I got.❤
I had samosa chat and its prepared front of me and its very hot and tasty. Must try
Aloo tikki chaat ? halwa puri ❤️Yummy and yogurt and vegetables make it more delicious ... thank you girls
( November 30th 2021) I wish I could give this Amaya location zero stars. This is a third rate Indian food joint at Square One. The staff is extremely mean and rude. They are beyond cheap at this horrendous so called Indian food booth in the food court. Amaya needs to understand to be busy in these times is a boon. I am not surprised at their lack of business as they totally lack public relations and customer service. This afternoon, as I visited Amaya, at the Square One location, I was shocked at their lack of cooperation! The mint chutney or condiments are supposed to be part of an Indian meal and not required to be charged. Having said that, after already having paid a hefty bill, to come back from an untouched meal from the barricades and dine in area back to the Amaya booth just to pick up a chutney is ridiculous. Having left my wallet and my meal at the dine in area with my old parents I told them they could charge me after I finished my meal. If I could give them decent business with the high bill, surely I was not going to be miserly and run off without paying the odd dollar or two for a chutney AFTER I had eaten my meal!!! But this was not so. I was refused the chutney till I had paid the odd dollar for the chutney! In these times, when the world tries to unite you still can find an odd ball or two. Useless, ungracious, flea market mentality staff. They truly seem to a misfit in this otherwise sophisticated mall. Guys, you need to buck up ,You are left far behind in this race of humanity!
The salt in your food is too much!!!! Too much!!!! I bought chicken biryani, lamb stew and chicken tikka masala stew yesterday (December 10) and omg, each and everyone of them tasted like a bucket of salt was dumped into them while cooking!!!! Does the Chef or whoever is cooking the food not taste while cooking or he/she thinks cooking with such excessive salt is okay? There's no excuse for putting that level of salt in food, NONE! Besides being unhealthy, it takes away from tasting and enjoying the food because you're not tasting anything but salt. It's ridiculous. I also bought 4 samosas and thought I could at least enjoy those but unfortunately, they too were very salty. This was my first time eating salty samosas, ever! The samosas were also quite oily. I've bought samosas at Indian stores before and they were never salty nor oily. I had to throw everything into the garbage. I spent almost $25 and wasted my money. The last time I bought food here was over a year ago (along with the samosa) and they were not salty at all and (neither was the samosa this oily) then. I'm not sure if you changed the chef or what. Obviously I won't waste my money buying from your awful food again. Extremely disappointed. I would give 0 star if I could. Awful.
