This place is definitely my go-to shawarma place...the food is out of this world! I went there on my lunch break yesterday and ordered a jumbo shawarma wrap with extra garlic sauce. They gave me my order with zero charge for the extra garlic sauce and threw in some extra containers of garlic sauce in there completely free of charge.Not to mention, the chicken is always tender and marinade is unique. The bread is always fresh and you get all your condiments and sauces starting from the first bite.If you haven't tried this not-so-hidden-gem-any-more... I strongly suggest that you do!
SERVICE IS TERRIBLE. Went to this location and ordered a regular shawarma and got charged 73$. The price of my order was around 6$. I got a notification though my Apple Pay that I WAS CHARGED 73$. When confronting the cashier she told me that there was no way for her to issue a refund for the 73$ I was charged. She continued to refuse to do anything to help me and told me to just call my bank. I had to wait in the store on the phone with the bank for a while and said there was nothing they can do and urged the restaurant to issue a refund. The CASHIER MONA obviously did not know how to correct her mistakes and issue a refund and claimed she was the manager. She gave me the money back in cash and only gave me 65$. I told her and she denied but then returned more change minus my order. And AGAIN gave the wrong change. She told me to never come back because of her own mistake. How can you blame a customer for being overcharged. And I will in fact, NEVER come back here again. Sad, because I always came here for my kids. Obviously MONA needs some more training.
I ordered the chicken fajita wrap and it was delicious. There is no dine in seating right now. The staff are not the friendliest and the place looks a little run down and untidy however, they were extremely busy when I went which is why I only deducted one star. Because the food was soon good and reasonably priced I will definitely try them again.
This place is very tasty. Ok, I will concede that they’re chicken on rice is better than osmows and lazeez. They’re always consistent because they are family run. The family is nice, I met the owners a few times. This is a must try food joint. The lady serving me - I think she is related to the original owner - was very nice. The prices are fair for the quantity. The fries they have here are premium. Salted and crispy. Very good. Garlic sauce is tasty and the hot sauce is good but doesn’t burn my insides. Very good clean place. They’re very nice people.
My go to is always chicken on rocks. I recently tried this at other shawarma joints but nothing hits like Alf Hana. Went out of my way to get it today. People who run this gem are very nice.
A top contender for best shawarma! Their hot sauce is actually tasty and not just hot. I like their style of fries as well, the type that's textured on the outside (corn starch?) and not just a plain cut. The salads are great too and always fresh. It is sometimes very busy when I go because word has spread about Alf Hana!
Ordered via Uber eats … have to say the quality has gone down drastically. The chicken shawarma was by far the driest and had the blandest chicken I have ever had. The two stars are just cause the falafel was sorta okay. Would not be trying this location again.

this use to be the best shawarma restaurant in Meadowvale. I don't know what happened but I got food poising from them recently, noticed the veggies they use are usually never fresh. Chicken tastes extremely weird as well now, please do yourself a favour and go to lazeez in the same plaza.
