Had a horrible experience last night ordered a mozza no bacon which is one of my favorites.Only to have my sleep horribly interrupted to continuous vomiting and washroom visits all night and all day today . Do yourself a favor people be very careful of ur food from here because clearly the employees aren't paid enough to qualify check your food!!!!I will never visit A&W again due to the absolute torture that has happened to my body due to full filing a burger craving.
I got the new Nashville chicken with no sauce on it (that’s not how I ordered it). It’s new of course so I didn’t know it came with sauce until people told me otherwise. After reading some poor reviews It seems like this happened before! So if you don’t want your food to be messed up/missingdon’t come here.. If it’s a simple item sure.. I will be ordering from other locations in the future!
Visited on May 20, 2022 around 11pm.This was my first time not ordering through the drive through at this location.This was the dirtiest restaurant I've ever visited.Bathrooms were disgusting.Front counter looked like it had not been cleaned in weeks.The area were the kitchen passes fries and burgers forward was completely gross. Old grease streaks bits of food etc. Never returning!
The new manager on the weekends is very efficient. He knows how to keep the orders running and is always prompting the staff to do their best. When he sees that it is busy he comes to rhe cash himself to help the customer. My coupon was not working. He tried to help and gave me a discount.
Big fan of A&W and their food. Unfortunately their newest product called “ Best burger ever” was probably one of the worst burger’s I’ve ever had. Greasy visually unappealing and flavourless. That being said, staff and customer service at the heartland location always top notch. I will go back again , just won’t be ordering the BBE.
I ordered a burger combo with poutine and especially I asked to add extra gravy in poutine.Instead of adding extra, I didn’t even see a spoon of gravy in it which spoiled my dinner. And this is not the first time, it has happened to me three times at this location.It is clear that worker isn’t paying any attention to the order. Owner really need to discuss these concerns withtheir team. Customer is not satisfied ….
The most pathetic burger experience ever. We ordered Chubby chicken burger combo, and contrary to its description, all we got was just a bun and patty, THATS IT !!!! I can't believe I wasted 15$ for this.
I ordered BLT Chicken Burger combo and paid $15 for it. And this is what they gave me. I called them and they keep on telling me they can't hear me. At 3rd time I called they said they get back to me after 24hrs so that means I will wait 24hrs to eat. This is ridiculous!!!!
DO NOT EAT HERE ordered January 1 feeling extremely ill! Cooks are not adhering to proper sanitation guidelines. Please take caution when ordering from these places. You would think in middle of omicron breakout eating at places wouldn’t leave you sick but I’m quite certain I now have the variant or some stomach bug haven’t eaten anything since this so thanks a&w! Great way to start the new year
This A&W is really really good. I usually order the Beyond Meat Burger or Sweet Potato Fries and its honestly some of the best fast food I can get around here. The drive through is pretty good in terms of wait time. I would recommend the Beyond Meat Burger whether you are or arent Vegetarian. It's really really good. For a limited time A&W sold beyond meat meatballs and they were amazing but for whatever reason they discontinued them. I really really loved them and I would always order them.
