I got charged 3 different prices for the same order 3 different times. I waited for about 10 minutes until someone took my order and I waited about 10 more minutes for the order. I saw the order was already made and it was just sitting there for 5 minutes and I was the first person to order in the line up. This happened to me around a half an hour ago. I am extremely disappointed in the service. The front staff was mostly focusing on drive thru orders and not the pick-up.
They served severely undercooked eggs. They think over easy means runny egg whites and after trying to get it right twice they ended up serving over hard - which wasn’t what I asked for but at least it was edible. They really need to be trained on how to cook eggs.
I would give this place zero stars if possible. Ordered one combo and two beyond meat burgers with all the toppings and this is what I got. Never ordering from here that’s for sure.
I don’t write reviews often but Love the quality and taste of burgers here. Been visiting this place since a couple of years. staff are very respectful. Just the washroom needed to be maintained.
Went to this location today to pick up lunch for my mom and dad at the drive-thru. The worker taking our order was very friendly and courteous but the food was not so good. Not sure if there’s an issue with the fryer, but the onion rings, fries and chicken strips we ordered were soggy and slightly undercooked. Burgers were just ok. For a fast food lunch for 4 people costing nearly $60 it was a major disappointment. Will not go back again.
Purchased a papa burger with onion rings and the onion rings were extra salty and bitter, more than usual. The burger was also bland. Overall, the taste was terrible! Been here over a dozen times - It's not usually like this.
Love their Chubby Chicken and Teen burger!Unfortunately, they have moved away from that fresh fried egg and gone with the McD's style round egg. I'm not sure if it is cooked fresh or heated up after frozen. Either way, their Bacon & Egger breakfast sandwich has taken a turn for the worst. Very disappointed with this. It use to be my favorite breakfast sandwich but after the last visit, I don't see a reason to return for this item anymore.
This has to be the absolute worst A&W, I have never had cold as ice bacon in a burger before, legit just threw it out. Everything I ordered was bad, the employees here just have no care in the world for anything, probably under paid and treated like garbage, I can't think of any other reason for this low effort.

I ordered here from Door Dash. I'm mostly disappointed about when they have an "out of stock" item on the DD app, but it doesn't state that it was unavailable or wasn't taken out of the items list. Once you pay and wait for your order to be delivered, they change it to "recommend item" instead if calling to arrange refund, item replacements, or to cancel order. Thank you.
