Absolutely love this all you can eat sushi place! The selection and the quality is outstanding. They also have a super cute robot that delivers your food! It’s fun and engaging! 168 also has a loyalty program which is nice! There is free parking here.
Best sushi place by far. Got there first and they didn't accept debit so we went to td to get cash. We were seated right away . Our first time here so we didn't know what too expect but wow 10/10. We've been customers of moon sushi but we've found a place down the street from our house. Juan was our server. He explained the menu and the pricing. Robots were an added touch and loved the kids menu as some kids don't eat sushi. Perfect for picky eaters. We will be back.

Rice to fish ratio was acceptable, definitely better than Heart Sushi.Cons:- the menu seems to be reduced- can't find basic things like soup udon/ramen- lack of dessert (it's grab your own, mostly chemical cakes from King's Pastry)- I do enjoy grab your own soup, wasabi and soup toppings. However, it takes 1 slow person in front to waste all your time.Pro:- if this quality/speed remains, then it would be top 3 in Sauga for ayce ? imho. (Wind still has a significant edge over it)Keep it up 168!

Been here only once, and it was such a great experience.The drinks (photo) were super good. We order a few back to back.Food was hot and tasty and service was fast.As you cleared your plate, they cleared your plate.Very accommodating staff.You order off an iPad as many times as you like.Very pleased with the decor inside.Busy restaurant, there was a wait time, so come prepared.Bright, great mood lighting and good atmosphere.They have a buffet style dessert station where you serve yourself; this being the only section that need to be attended too more often.There was hair and dirt in and around the ice cream tubs from people serving them selves. The serving spoons needed to be changed more often; as you can see they were severely used with melted ice cream and sticky fruit juices on them.As it became close to closing time, they are quick to rush you out. However, that’s understandable in any establishment.Overall, I would return, because it was a fun way of dining.
This was the first time going to this restaurant. It was on a Saturday night. We had made reservations online. When we arrived the first thing I noticed was how busy it was. It was very loud and noisy. At one point a group of people decided to mingle in front of our table. Mind you, it was a Saturday yes but this was too much! The buffet area is small and when I was there to get my seaweed salad and miso soup there was an employee there scrambling around and in my way. I found the floor around the corner of the buffet very dirty. The one thing if anything that I enjoyed was the robot who served us our food. I thought it was the coolest thing ever! I have mixed reviews of the food. Some items were fresh and some were not. Overall this place was over croweded, noisy, and food was mediocre.
If you care about customer service please don’t even think about going there. Terrible behaviour. Server almost yelled at me demanding to know why I didn’t tip and that I have to tip because I didn’t complain about the food. I don’t think they understand what a tip is. I told the manager that they can’t question me why I didn’t tip but manager said the same thing and he was arguing back and forth that I have to tip. I always tip a generous amount in restaurants but this time service was horrible! On top of that I asked for no ice three times and I got ice all 3 times. Ice wasn’t fresh and the same ice from the first serving was sent to me three times. Not sure why they think they deserve to be tipped with that nasty attitude. I love AYCE places but this ain’t it. They need to be reported to higher authorities otherwise customers will always be treated this badly.

Have been going to the location in Brampton as a former resident, and was so happy to see they also had a Mississauga location!Quality of the food is always so wonderful, and quite amazed with the service provided by their high tech Bella Bots!Always fresh, and made to perfection. Definitely love the buffet option to grab your own soups and salads!
