I went there with a friend. We ordered chicken wings, blackened chicken, salad with soup. Everything was good. Ross and other girl who were serving us, were equally great providing great service. Will visit this again.
The food and experice was both excellent. The chicken tenders that I ordered for my child was very tender and our drinks were amazing as well. The ambiance was very nice I would say it a bit dark inside the restaurant.
I went for lunch with my hubby at turtle jacks Milton and had the most amazing experience. It is super hot out today and our server Christina had the drinks coming! She was amazing and extremely attentive. Just as I would finish my drink, she presented me with a new one!Apparently we got less chicken fingers (never noticed because the portion sizes are always huge at Turtle Jacks) but Collin the manager came to our table and told us we had less chicken fingers and gave us extra for free!Thank you both for the most amazing lunch and we will definitely be back!
Excellent atmosphere, food was very good with the exception of the fries; they seemed like they had been cooked and then reheated as they had that type of taste/texture, but were still decent. The steak I got was rare, and it was stellar. Would definitely come back!
Here's a picture of a burnt and gross baked potato I received with no condiments to go with it. Each meal is $20-30 a plate and this is what you get. The rest of the food was mediocre at best. Maybe they do a better job if you dine in but I highly recommend you DO NOT order take out with them.
I can't express how disappointed I am with my most recent order. I DO understand times are tough (thanks to Covid) and that restaurants are struggling (so we do our very best to support our local restaurants) but wow. This bowl of soup that I paid $10 for, came about 2/3 full and didn't even fill my bowl, and the $28 chicken nachos only filled about 1/2 the box. IF there was 1/2 a chicken breast used, it was a LOT. This order, after delivery, actually cost me $56.
I came here after the Christmas light festival last week. Place was packed but service was fast and good. Food came out fast and it was good too.

Visited on a Friday evening. The place was busy with about a 20 min wait. When we got seated the staff took our drink and food order very quickly. Our drinks were served within 10 min of being seated. However our food took over 30 minutes to arrive. My husband had to prompt a staff who followed up with the kitchen. When our mains arrived we also found out that our starter would not be provided as they ran out of calamari earlier in the evening. The restaurant manager was very apologetic and cared about our experience. He provided a few discounted options to make the experience better. We ordered the blackened salmon with pineapple and mango salsa, the Cali turkey sandwich and the turtle shell pasta. The salmon was overcooked and a little dry but well seasoned. The sandwich and pasta were ok. I will return again but on a less busy night.
Professional and friendly service from the moment we walked in. You can tell the management and staff take pride in their work and the food was absolutely amazing. Went in expecting your average dinner and my wife and I were pleasantly surprised on how good it was. Will go again!
