I live on the other side of town, but specifically drive to this location due to their steadfast consistency. The staff is always so friendly, and equally as efficient. I have yet to experience a lengthy wait-time, even during the busiest times of the day (although a longer wait time would be totally understandable). I'll continue to treat this location as my primary Timmies :-)
Got a simple breakfast meal and there was something wrong with each aspect of it. It was supposed to be a bacon English muffin, with a hash brown and oj. The hasbrowns was so hard that biting down on its edges felt like trying to eat a stale cookie, they ended up giving me a sausage english muffin instead which I didn't realize till later when I ate, and they forgot my orange juice. When I tried to ask about it they rudely asked me "you have your order what are you missing" and then I finally got my oj. The initial order took 10 minutes and waiting for the chance to claim my precious drink took another 5. There's another tims down the street near the sports center and honestly that would probably take less time and you'd get the right order
Staff have always been super nice and the drive thru has always been fast
Ordered breakfast sandwich and keep getting BLT’s orders are never right
This morning I placed an order via drive through & I saw the big signage for the French vanilla cold brew so I ordered it - I specifically said French vanilla cold brew. When I got to the window - I was given a hot French vanilla….I said I ordered a cold brew & the skinny Caucasian man with dark hair who gave me my order rudely said “we don’t even have French vanilla cold brew just vanilla”….so I asked if I could get that cold brew instead as I ordered a cold brew but he was adamant that it’s not what I ordered. I then asked if I could get a cold brew vanilla or an iced coffee instead as I didn’t want a warm beverage….I specifically ordered a cold brew. Another worker (female Caucasian older 40+ yr old) who was near the window said that there are 20 cars in line and that unless I want to drive back around then they can’t give me a cold beverage. So not wanting to be rude or keep up the line….I drove away when in retrospect I should have stayed in my car until I was given an item I ordered. I left the experience bitter as I’m a loyal customer like probably every Canadian but to the core I feel hurt that both individuals who are in a customer service role couldn’t just be kind.Obviously I’m going to keep going to this location since it’s so convenient and I mean, it’s Tim’s but if your order is incorrect - don’t be bullied into leaving because you are made to feel inconvenienced by people who need to to work on learning their menu I just looked up French Vanilla cold brew… it will be available but not until June 6…I didn’t see that on their signage nor did they mention that.
messed up my order and they just grabbed it out my hand and threw it away very rude
Orders are frequently inaccurate, shop is often out of basic baked goods and drive thru staff are rude. You're interrupting their conversation so you're lucky to be spoken to at all sometimes. Won't go back to this location.
Good service..took coffee i love tim hortons coffee
No soups ,no chilli , and the sandwich is pretty much just bread .
Horrible place! Today I went in without a mask because I didn’t have a car to ride to the drug store to buy masks, I covered my nose with my shirt and hands, and the skinny indian girl with the cap on is super rude! She denied me service, and someone else without a mask she served! The manager of circle k said to serve us, and she said this is Tim Hortons when the tim hortons is literally inside circle k, it’s their store you idiots!
