Very rude black manager avoid at all costs, would love their corporate number if anyone has. The attitude of the employees is horrible.
Worst food..will serve you cold food..worst staff ever.. wont accept their mistake , staff will argue instead of accepting the mistake.. manager is also unprofessional

I tried to order coffee this morning during the typical morning rush. They consistently keep one lane closed, it caused a pile up of cars all the way to the gas station.I was stuck in a line not moving for close to 20 mins, I gave up on ordering but then was stuck. I was almost late to work because of how terribly they manage their volume.There’s a reason why Tim Hortons is losing business left right and center, they can continue to make improvements to their food over and over, but until they can train their employees to better handle volume it won’t matter. Go to Starbucks or McDonald’s.

I'm fine with their service but they need to do something about the trucks in the parking lot. They act like the own the space and block the driveways so traffic can't get in or out.
I'm convinced the employees working at this location have never been trained on Tim Hortons offerings or customer service. Customers order other things outside of a double double.Upholding the validity of the points program is a joke here at this location. I once tried to redeem a free coffee (having 1600 points). When my app was scanned the cashier immediately said "not enough points". Instead of asking me any questions, she gave me my total. It took a back and forth, 2 other employees and 4 minutes before I could redeem a free coffee. Pathetic.To the owner of this location:You should be mortified by these reviews and the reality of the terrible service your employees are offering.
We come here every weekend for breakfast when we are working and I have to say the customer service has really improved, we always feel so welcome and the food is on point everytime. The drive thru is very efficient as well.
i usually visit this tim hortons at morning 10:00 am almost everyday from six months . today i found one old muslim lady very rude at drive thru . she talk very rude to me and didnt attend us well!! i found this very disrespectful . i just asked for change the toppings for chipotle in bageal!!!
Lately more and more Timmies have been a disappointment. Tim's at James Snow, ordered 2 chili combos at drive thru. Both combos were half full chili. Very dissatisfied to pay 15 for half a product. This is why McDonalds is stealing their buisiness
