Okay, I was the only one in line today, at 625pm, how did you miss the cheddar cheese and how did manage to burn my bun? The ham was super cold, slapped in there like you had rush hour but I was the only customer in line for drive thru. Unacceptable. I had to add my own cheddar cheese just to make it complete as a HAM AND CHEDDAR SANDWICH. Please do better.
Great place to visit. Drive through staff were very friendly and courteous. Will go there again when in the area.
Night staff, all of them are really nice and humble. brew one of the good drinks. We sysco truckers are really thankful. Wish they open their restaurant walk-in soon too for 24hrs.

This location service top shelf! I went inside to ask for my tea. I love Tim's peppermint tea. But of course to properly brew tea must be scalding hot water! But to drink it make it drinkable I always ask for a few cubes of ice on top after it's made to enjoy while I drive. The associate who served me on sunday afternoon the best. He took great care to listen and make my tea just as I ordered because he understood when I explained that those few cubes save me from burning my mouth and enjoying the tea when made! Not having to wait 20 or 30 mins. To cool to actually drink it. I love this location I get the best service every time. So convenient always on my way home. I get that last boost when I stop so I make it home safely with a fresh beverage to get me there! I hope you have the same great experience! Top score from me!
The most unprofessional staff in the early morning, arrogant and rude to the customers, messed up my morning and then did the same thing to the lady behind me, at 5 in the morning. Tim hortons service is going to dump with time.
Just a Tim Horton no more no less. Good during travel to that area. They have just one uni gender wash room, you had to wait too long to use that washroom.
