The best Tim Hortons in Milton! I’ve been to all of Tim Hortons in Milton and this is by far the most respectful and customer friendly location.They made a mistake on my order and without any questions, they changed my order and did it very quickly. They handled it stress free. This location is also new and fancy.Other Tim Hortons should take note!
I just spent a half an hour in the drive through for something I didn't order....asked for potato wedges...wait 2 mins for them to tell me they don't have any. Ask for loaded wraps, wait another 2 mins for them to tell me they have no rice. Order a chicken wrap and 2 roasted beef sandwiches with crispy onions...which thru said they have...to be asked at the window if I ordered an ice cap and a bagel??? To then wait 5 more mins for them to SNEAK A baguette cut in half and tell me those are 2 roasted beef sandwiches? If my car wasn't running out of gas I would have waited for them to fix this mess but again, was already spending half hour in an air-conditioned car with hungry passengers...shame on your staff! Find people to work who have at least half a brain and half a heartbeat and if they can speak English, that would be great. Shame on this loaction....it's a joke. Just lost 4 customers.
I came around 10:30 pm after calling and making sure they were open, and a worker had told me to feel free to come in and that they were waiting. However, when I got there and called because the drive-through was blocked, they said that they were closed. Honestly, I’m pretty disappointed and hurt because I truly only wanted my vanilla dip donut…
This Tim Hortons is SOOO SLOW! Always. It does not matter the time of day. The staff are also extremely rude. I have been cut off while telling my order several times, then they screw up my order all the time (very simple orders btw). It's across from my work so convient to go to, however I always feel rushed at the window, and hate the service productivity, and customer service. Oh and to add, they never have stuff in stocks and I get told on a weekly basis that the ice capp and iced coffee machine is broken.....this isn't McDonald's and their milkshake machine!!!!
What a disaster !!!RUN AWAY ! RUN FAR, RUN FAST !Entered at 18:57 Thursday June 16, 2022.Ordered a medium IceCap - no problem.Added a regular Chili - NO CHILI.Ordered a Chicken Noodle Soup instead - NO CHICKEN NOODLE SOUP.Switched to a Beef & Cheese Craveable - NO BEEF & CHEESE CRAVEABLES.The Servers suggested a Turkey Club, I agreed, was charged and paid.17 minutes later, still no Turkey Club sandwich has appeared.Went to the counter, asked where was my sandwich.The server disappeared for a minute, came back and advised me they had NO BUNS FOR THE TURKEY CLUB !!! But nobody had bothered to advise the counter staff just leaving them and me High & Dry.Eventually, after 20 minutes, I got my Turkey Club on an Everything Bagel !!!In the Military, this would have been described as a "CLUSTER ****".Tim Horton's at it's ABSOLUTE WORST !!!Just to add insult to injury, the WiFi is STILL not working (this is going on for more than 3 weeks)
There was no debit and credit machine working but no signThey suppose to offer free product if there is no signCustomer service was bad too
This is by far the worst Tim Hortons ever. If you know what's good for you and your family. Please do not go there. Take an extra couple minutes to wait on the McDonald's line right next door and it moves quick! After asking the employee what the freshest thing at the time was, he tells me the chicken sandwich. I got uncooked chicken and a falling apart Boston cream. Thank God I took a bite instead of my son.
By far the best Tim Hortons in Milton!!! They have never once messed up my order, the staff is very friendly, and the food is always fresh! The only Tim Hortons I will go to in town now!!
I asked for Chai tea latte without vanilla syrup and they gave me with vanilla syrup and I go back told them you made a wrong thing they said you ordered wrong thing and I explained them but they behaved very very very rude. It’s just $2 coffee they guys made my funn there. I felt so disrespect. I will suggest don’t go there Poor service
Walked for 15 mins there and 15 minutes back in the freezing cold. Got home to find my order was completely wrong and not even something I could eat. Wasted my time, money, and energy and I still have nothing to eat. They should be ashamed of themselves but it seems as though they are incapable of feeling it
