One of the worst Tims location I ever been to. As an ex-employee of Tim Hortons I felt bad and so disappointed with the service I received this morning. Staff working in drive-thru are horrible, I don't think they are trained enough to take orders and they are not trained on how to behave with customers. I sepent over 15mins just to order my food in drive-thru but still got my order wrong. Staff in drive-thru are so impatient and didn't let me complete my order, they were rushing me to complete my order insted of taking it right.The service is not even close to what I usually get at other locations and what i used to do when I was working. The service is horrible and I felt so disappointed to be in this location as it ruined my morning.
Great service. I always go to this Tim Horton's. I have had a few times where they mix up my order and add stuff that I don't want but great place!
Irresponsible drive-thru staff. Order in drive-thru only for them to tell you at the window that they don't have it. This location is a joke. There are other locations nearby or other food places. Probably a better idea. And they are terribly slow...

Over 20 minutes in drive-thru. No way to escape once in line. Once I arrived at the window I still had to wait longer as order was not ready. The wait between ordering and pickup was at least 5 plus minutes plenty of time to have order ready. Not in a hurry to return.
Ordered double toasted bagel and it was burned it. Manager said “Well, you ordered double toasted”. Same manager smokes too much and doesnt wash her hands when she goes back inside to work. Same manager always rude at her staff as if they’re not human. Lady, be thankful you have a job.
This is the worst tims in Milton by far. My mother ordered a grilled chicken wrap. They told her it would be a 10 minute wait for grilled chicken so she waited. They ended up putting the shredded chicken from the chicken salad sandwich instead of grilled chicken in the wrap. She went back in and asked them what was in the wrap. They said chicken and then walked away. It’s disgusting. This isn’t the first time this has happened and they always mess up our orders. I tried calling them to speak to a manager and know one would answer the phone.
This timmies is always speedy and very rarely is ever out of anything, unlike many other Tim Hortons I've been to. The workers are always very friendly as well.
