Believe the bad reviews for this location! The staff here are so rude and our drinks weren’t made correctly. I was actually laughed at by the girl working the drive through when I asked if they had something in stock, I couldn’t believe how unbelievably rude she was. Starbucks and McDonald’s have drive through’s in the same plaza, you’ll get better service at either of these places, and your orders will be correct.
Great experience being here everytime. I visit here everyday to buy coffee and food and one of their Supervisor upinder kaur is really nice and she greets us everytime and provides great customer service.Such a hardworking girl!I’ll surely keep visiting .
Most inconsistent Tim Hortons I’ve ever been to. Order often gets messed up. Slow service. Food quality is poor. Sub par customer service. Avoid if possible
This location requires attention by head office because they are giving Tims Hortons a bad name. Staff are not friendly at all, they do not great customers. My food orders are always wrong and also sandwiches are always sloppy and falling out of their packages. Items missing from orders as well. Very disappointed in this location needs new staff and management or professional training.
I have gone here at least 15 times.... my order is completely wrong more than half of the time. Staff at cash or drive thru are rarely nice whether it’s busy or not....

Very bad tim hortons. Bad customer service and rude staffs. Came in on friday morning, waited in line for more than 10min when there was no one else in the line besides me. When I got the staffs attention after they ignored me, they ended up being rude and showing off their bad attitudes. I decided to walk away and buy a coffee from McDonald's across the street.

Very poor drive through experience, no greetings or gesture. And donut order was not packed well. They sticked 2 donuts mixing the cream to each other. Definitely needs more training for the employees.
I love this place it has everything all in one spot. I even now use the Jiffy lube there for my oil changes. The tire shine feature works perfect. I work all week on construction sites and my car looks like I came from the Mojave desert by the end of the week. It comes out looking like new. I use the app and have a car wash subscription it is so quick and easy to use. Worth every penny!
