Hands down the worst Tim’s I’ve been too. I would never bother to review such an establishment as everyone knows what to expect from a Canadian staple, however the staff move around like zombies. The ice coffee is room temperature with all of two ice cubes. Would recommend visiting another location. The only thing this location is consistent with is inconsistency.
Normally l take double double coffee, every time l got different taste, worst and worst every day, just like a boiled water
used the tims app to get coffee delivered. When the delivery guy showed up the bag was soaked and the coffees were falling out. I told him I am not accepting this and he needs to bring in a fresh one. This order cost me $30 bucks its been 2 hours. I've contacted the Tims that confirmed my order and they are declining any responsibility but have taken my money! This is ridiculous!! Oh and your courier driver decided to leave and dump all of the items on the ground in front of my work place. Now that's professional!!
Long drive though line. A little slow. Tim Hortons med Ice Capp for $1.99 offer did not include anything but basic ice Capp.
We got there after checking online at 10: 45 pm for dine in or drive thru, and once we got there the entrance door was closed with print on the door said dine in close drive thru open, but even the drive thru was closed with stop cones. these people should update online status as that's misleading, false advertising.
Early June, 2022. Staff have been busy with drive-thru while diners are few. A spot has easy access to 401 and downtown Milton. The WiFi is working.
Nice place, great if you have time for a sit down lunch.Staff is friendly and polite.I enjoyed sitting outside on the patio.
Best morning team in the milton area don't worry about long wait times even though there may appear to be a long line. There are quick efficient and don't make mistakes.

this location is completely jammed up to the road in the mornings. the staff somehow manage to maintain a snails pace while simultaneously trying to jam your order in your car once you get to the order window. the morning manager needs training on interaction with customers and then this is what they hand you
