Let's start with the food and then the service. I ordered the poutine and the spinach dip. The poutine was very salty (5/10), and the spinach dip was great. I liked it better (8/10). And the service Andy was my server she was very welcoming, friendly and smiley she did not hesitate to explain anything and made sure that everything was good. The last thing, the food took more than 15 min to be ready. Overall it was an ok experience
Great night with The Doubts playing a very long set of all genres of music. My salad with shrimp and got cheese was also amazing along with the cauliflower bites.
went on a Saturday night, great food, great service, no complaints. server was very friendly and helpful, the fries were some of the best I've had, perfectly crispy and loved the Cajun spice on the fries that came with the steak. wings were delicious and the breaded wings were incredible. steak had a nice flavour. highly recommend
The nachos were HUGE & tasty!A couple people in our party got fries. An order of fries. & fries with their wings. They were too salty! So if you get fries: Ask for no salt.
We sat ourselves inside the restaurant for 25 minutes and not one person asked how we were doing or if we needed to order or gave us a menu or offered us a drink. We have two small children that were so hungry for dinner we just left. Horrible service. This is the one thing you should know if you work in a restaurant or bar is to never leave a customer waiting for longer then a couple of minutes before giving them a menu and offering a drink. Get some competent staff.
We showed up around 930pm on Saturday and it was busy for a reason. Standing bar room only available. The live band was awesome! The main bartender was good for taking our drink orders with how busy it was. Eventually we were able to grab a table that opened up.This is where our issue happened. Order a few finger foods, one of which was buffalo cauliflower, described as battered and deep fried, tossed in wing sauce. What came to us was not buffalo cauliflower. Deep fried unbattered cauliflower, tossed in something spicy, drizzled with soy sauce maybe? and sesame seeds. I was not in a mood to start a complaint with everything being so busy, so I just asked if we could get another order of the cauliflower but without the seeds since I had an allergy. Then after 30 minutes, we were told they had to re-fire the order because they dropped it in the kitchen. Another 20 minutes and the order comes out. This time, nice big cauliflower bites, battered and deep fried just like wings, Delicious! Don't know what we were served the first time though. The washrooms were a disaster. Small and very dirty/messy. But again, it was very busy, and a large crowd of drunk people aren't going to treat bathrooms nicely. Urine all over seats, walls, floor, and vomit issue going on in the ladies room.Would like to try this place again. Food was really good (outside of the messup) and had a great atmosphere. The live band playing was really good!
Popped in for a quick lunch and was thoroughly impressed. The Beer pitchers are competitively priced between the 19 to 22 dollar range and the food was tasty and well portioned. Split the Calamari and ordered the shrimp Mac, both were great. Our server was professional and courteous, she checked on the table several times.
It was a great place, friendly staff, great entertainment. Didn't have any food, just a cpl drinks. All in all, no complaints
Great atmosphere and place to hang out to have drinks. But the food is really what brings this to an overall 3 for me. I'll give that it's consistent, but consistently average. If you're looking for a place to simply hangout with your group, have some drinks and not worry about food, then this place should be on the list. But if it's a place for a bite and a drink, there's some better choices a stones throw from here
Every meal I have had here has been fantastic. They have a great beer selection, staff are friendly and welcoming and willing to make recommendations. When I visit I always make sure I have the homemade soup of the day. The soup is always ridiculously good. Great Job!
