I went to this location during a road trip alone with my two young kids. The staff were quick to seat me. It was busy Friday night so service was a bit “slow” (sat for 20 mins before someone came to take orders) but the food was hot and they made sure we had everything we needed. They were very accommodating
Ordered the family Pack with ribs meal. Excellent price for the amount of food we got. The gentleman at the take-out register was friendly and welcoming, his name was Tom. Excellent service!! Our food was hot and fresh but the chicken was a little dry and fries were too soggy but the portions and service made up for that. We also got $5 off for ordering online so well worth it. I would recommend this location ?
Went to this location today and it was shockingly the worse experience. Seemed like the servers were making up their own rules. I couldn’t pick my own wing sauce, they mentioned they didn’t have corn for over two weeks then all of a sudden they have it but they forgot to bring it. They never came to refill our waters and most importantly they seemed miserable to work there.I will never go to this location again. Very disappointed.
Ordered from the Milton store and upon delivery the driver rang the bell and ran. We couldn't believe the mess he left. The bag was ripped open and the soup was poured all over the rest of the items including the porch. The driver did not even apologize or explain what happened he just waved and left without addressing. Very disappointed as I tipped the driver and he didn't even have the decency to acknowledge what he was leaving at the door. Do better!...
I’ve been ordering from here for years. Consistently good chicken and food. Takeout is well packaged and presented - and items are never missed! When I dine in, service is usually quick and great as well!
We just enjoyed a lovely dinner served by Jurate - she is the nicest, most professional server. She has been our server many times and she never disappoints. Extremely fast , efficient and friendly.
The food is standard, decent. The wonderful waitresses are severely over worked and manage too many tables simultaneously so the service ends up being less than desirable. We've been regulars here for many years and continue to give it a chance as they recover from the struggles of COVID but management needs to step up their game.
Just got back from Swiss Chalet in Milton, our dinner was great! What made it so fun was seeing our good friend Peggy who has worked there for many years. I have to give a shout out to our server Jurate, she was so engaging and fun! We will be back again, thank you!
My partner and I ordered two half chicken dinners, the chicken tasted off.. we chose to try out the mashed potatoes as our side, all we got was a little spoonful of mashed potatoes that pretty much was smeared to takeout box … I ordered a poutine as well and they forgot to add it.. ??♀️I never had Swiss chalet in awhile … but I don’t remember it being this bad.. unfortunately.
Management please help your workers! You are not giving them the tools they need and the directions they need to properly operate a restaurant. Don't offer pick up times on the website and over the phone that are unrealistic or you will only end up with angry customers who have been waiting for an order that was supposed to be ready, be realistic with the team you have and the orders you can fill. I understand you are not going to get amazing chefs when they are only paid minimum wage but you can create a better working environment and help them. If you need to close for a day just to train people properly please do it. This is just not acceptable to be in operating condition.
