Always a busy spot coz of the school in the neighbourhood, service is always good & I like it.
By far the worst one I've been to let alone in Milton. Just picked up some sandwiches, the toppings were thrown on there with zero care and inconsistency. Went to the location on 25 and Derry last week and I can tell just by looking at the manner in which the sandwich was assembled that they actually care at that location. I will be taking the extra 5 minute drive next time.
I ordered 1 foot long and 6 inch whole wheat. While taking the bread the guy and the lady where talking in Punjabi and more knowingly gave me STALE bread and the lady didn’t even offer to give me the receipt. She just threw it.It’s just bread they could have thrown the stale bread and ensured to make my experience better but no they choose toserve old bread and RUIN OUR TIME & EXPERIENCE.Great Job in loosing a customer.
Been going to subway for nearly 20 years and I have never been served such a poor sandwich until I came to this location. Ordered pickup and arrived early to pickup. Sandwich was still cold and soggy and just fell apart before I could even eat it. No care of quality at this location. Crispy chicken was not crispy at all.
The staff currently working there is not welcoming nor professional. In the last one week I’ve gone to this location twice and both times I’ve been the only customer in store and the same 2 lady servers— they BOTH keep making the mobile/delivery orders and waste the customer in store’s time.There are 2 people working so one can take care of delivery and other can take care of in store customers- I don’t understand why both keep me waiting while they make footlong after footlong and I’m standing there patiently. I hope they learn this after reading this review.
The ladies working are not welcoming at all. They threw the cheese on the sub without placing it properly. Asked for Lite Mayo and she put on the wrong sauce. These issues aren’t too big of a deal, however the poor customer service could be improved.

I had been hoping to get a sandwich after work, but the washrooms are “closed.” Not sure what kind of animal would eat a sandwich without washing their hands first, but this definitely leads to questions about the staff’s understanding of basic hygiene. No thanks.
