It was FREEZING COLD inside. Patrons had to resort to wearing their jackets and covering their heads. A very prominent chilly air was felt in almost all the seating areas. STAFF was NOT FRIENDLY, very UNINVITING This Starbucks experience did not feel welcoming or even joyous. A family had small children making a lot of noise and running around inside. No gentle reminders were given to the parents regarding their children's behaviour.
I start off to say that I hope management reads this review.So, I love Starbucks and the coffee (this location is generally consistent with pulling its espresso shots). They baristas are friendly, professional and not childish or behave juvenile as with other locations. Being newer it does seem to cater more to drive thru customers than dine in.The reason for my 2/5 is the overall layout of this location is sterile, uninviting and EXTREMELY COLD. I don’t know who was the architect but the location is so cold you can’t remove your winter jacket to sit enjoy a coffee or meet with anyone. The door constantly opens and pushes in cold air in to the point where it’s almost uncomfortable to have a seat in here. Bring a long time Escarpment resident I was pleased to hear a new Starbucks was opening in the west end of Milton however to improve the experience something has to be done with the temperature and layout of this location to improve the experience.
The friendliest staff I've ever encountered at any establishment! The coffee is always perfect and the lineup is rarely long. Even if it is long, it's worth the wait. This is my favourite Starbucks BY FAR!
Great place for my daily coffee pickup and staff is really friendly and always welcome there customers... its clean and bigger place. Must Visit!!
The taste and the service was amazing as usual. And if you want to drink a good coffee when you need one it’s Starbucks
26 minutes in the drive thru for a mobile order, if I knew befor I got trapped in front of people I would of walked in. Either need more staff or management needs to help the ones they got. New location and always busy but never full of staff.
Fairly friendly staff here but seems to be a new face every few week so there's a lot of turnover. Low start rating because it's always SOOOO Slow. It's not uncommon to wait 15-20 minutes in drive thru for a coffee and even still the order isn't ready by time you get to the front. Today it was a 30 minute wait. I'm not kidding at all!A half an hour to make a coffee. I think everyone would find that unreasonable.
Friendly service but unbelievably slow. I ended up going elsewhere so many times just because you take forever with everything. No longer recommend.
Raheel Nomani's review isn't right. I went today as well and saw the sign on the door that CLEARLY said they closed at 8pm. No need to be petty, man. Also, my peppermint mocha was a much needed treat after all the Christmas food! Lol, keep up the good work guys! You made my day :)
Such an amazing place! It really is amazing. I’ve been here multiple times, and the drinks are amazing. Such festivity and excellence! The ambience is amazing and the manager Aliyah is so nice as well! She offered me a job here, which I will gladly accept. What an amazing place! This is literally the best Starbucks in the entirety of Milton. Keep it up guys!
