The history of Starbucks first time I see that much rude people working at the Starbucks and professional staff for packaging

Only used the drive thru so I cannot comment on the indoor experience.. but service is always quick and pleasant.

Legit has no food - asked for three items at 10am in the morning and they didn’t have it. All were breakfast items, not sure who is handling the inventory orders at this location but clearly needs a little assistance. Long wait times for a store not selling much as well

The taste of the drinks are inconsistent. Every member makes the drink differently. What I am upset about is on top their drinks being overly expensive they have now started charing for non dairy substitutes. That's awful! Now a latte costs us over $6 really? To be completely transparent the coffee doesn't even taste that great. No wonder all the stores are now almost empty even on the weekends. On top of everything the sends message for tipping..I hate it!

The experience with this store was Amazing when I first moved to Milton over the summer. The staff were Polite and had genuine conversations and they remade my drink when I simply said it wasnt that good. However over the last couple of months I haven't seen my regular baristas. The new people here lack the Starbucks charisma and don't really care anymore. Today, I ordered a drink with sweet cream cold foam. When I was passed my $8 drink they forgot to add the sweet cream cold foam. Maria was like let me refund you and charge you again, rather than owning the mistake and fixing it. My original payment was by my startbucks card and was also an issue to refund. She made it a point that I remember to correctly order my drink and that I should've asked for it before. The interaction was pretty awkward after that and made me feel uneasy. Will be going to another location. I miss the old workers who went above and beyond. Maria does not know how to deal with customers.

Always go to this location for their mocha cookie crumble Frappuccino, this time my order wasn't made right so i went back to the staff who took my order to remake my order, well i was surprised while trying to explained her my concern she just said to me " I haven't made your order sir". I wasn't expecting such a comment from Starbuck who is know to their excel customer service, it doesn't matter who messed up the order but rather fix the problem. Front staffs definitely need re-training.

Great staff, very friendly and helpful no matter how busy they are.

Maria has horrible customer service. Refusing to make my drink how I like when every other Starbucks is more than happy to accommodate requests to the drink… poor service could use better baristas

I got to this location at around 6:45 on friday the 21st. Google, google maps, and the starbucks mobile app all said they were open. Once I arrived I was told they are closed because they don’t have a supervisor to finish the shift or something like that, they then told me to go to another starbucks (on main street) and when I got there it was closed as well. No words.

25 minutes in the drive thru is beyond ridiculous… they desperately need training on how to run a drive thru, If there’s a customer at the window for more than 5 minutes maybe think about moving them…
